Great hotel, cheap and I requested balcony view of the football stadium! Nice rooms, huge shower and quiet. The location isn’t really walkable but I had a car so was no issue. Would stay again

It’s very big room. And nice view of football field. Walking distance to central Phuket

酒店的位置不錯，就在central Phuket 旁邊，走路也就7.8分鐘。酒店的設施都很新，應該是新開的，沒幾年。環境還行，服務也就不點評了，因為就見了前台一個人，剩下都沒見到。總體來説環境不錯，價格略高。

Not recommended! Money was stolen from our room, and when we reported it to the reception, the staff member, who did not speak English, referred us to the manager over the phone. The manager's response was shocking—he laughed at us for making an issue out of what he considered a "small amount" and told us to call the police if we had an issue. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful behavior!

Excellent value, good condition, nice small pool and fitness facility in good condition. Close to Stadium, Central Malls, Aquarium and the Old Town

The actual hotel is okay, location in the middle of nowhere but with a ten minute walk to the large shopping mall. When I arrived at 10pm after a long day travelling, check in wasn’t easy. First if I paid with card there was a 2% charge.. ok but the receptionist can’t do math as I was told for the 2% charge it would make my 3000bhat room 4000!! I paid cash… then they wanted 1000bhat cash deposit!! No where on the booking did it say that was required. Room was clean, with a rubbish view but I couldn’t sleep all night as AC didn’t work. When I went out the next day at 10am I told reception & asked they fix. When I got back at 4pm, not only had my room not been cleaned, the ac hadn’t been looked at. I was told there was no problem! Asked for manager who called… kept speaking over me. As a solo female traveler I got upset, I didn’t feel well & as I cried I was laughed at. Told no one to fix ac on a Sunday! Eventually I was offered a different room after being dragged round hotel again… I just wanted to leave. I was left to cry in reception. I’d avoid if female.. I work in property management and I was told I wouldn’t know if ac worked as I’m a girl..,
