給的很靠邊的房間，感覺區別對待了

The hotel is great but not very near to the Junceylon Mall , need to book Bolt for 200 THB to go there. Very near to the Beach.

第一天到達太晚，房間安排的一般，還是強大的攜程給力，反映了房間一般並且需要換房後，第二天下午就安排了滿意的房間。酒店早餐太豐富了，基本吃了一頓省兩頓哈哈哈哈，酒店離海邊很近很近，不到5分鐘就走到海邊，沙子細軟，海水🌊碧藍，如果喜歡翻來翻去的曬，並且只是游泳這裏足矣！

Lovely experience, got a free upgrade to pool view room by the courteous staff. Overall the vibe in the hotel was a resort style fun place.

If you want to stay at Patong, this hotel is considerably more family friendly since it is not situated at the heart of Patong. Breakfast buffet is awesome. Highly recommended.

酒店很新，也很有現代感 設施也比較完善 酒店還有好幾個泳池，包括無邊海邊泳池 位置正對芭東海灘，可以説是很好了 但是距離江西冷等購物和夜市，還是有一段距離的 不過海島走走也算輕鬆

I recently stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Phuket with my family and it was an incredible experience! The service was exceptional—every staff member was welcoming, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. They truly made us feel at home. The best part was the breakfast and their pool.

房間比較小，不過還是非常整潔的，就是這個浴室的掛鈎實在太少了，有一些不方便，酒店有2個泳池，1個泳池對外開放，人擠人下餃子的程度，裏面這個泳池比較大一些，游泳的人少，基本都是躺着休息或者喝飲料的人～寫郵件註明了是紀念日，佈置了一下還有巧克力蛋糕，早餐選擇也比較多，就是麪條攤人比較多～整體體驗感不錯，入住的時候性價比不錯！

牙刷非常不好，會掉毛的。但是工作人員的服務很好，酒店環境也好。適合帶小朋友出遊入住

ホテルの敷地はそんなに広く無かったです。 高級感は有りましたが私にとってはあまりでした。 お部屋の窓も開かないしテラスも無いし圧迫感がありました。 ホテルの周りには食事もショッピングをする場所が20分くらい歩かないといけない立地にあったので軽く食事をしたい場合はビーチ沿いに有る屋台などを利用しないといけない感じでした。 こちらのホテルはYouTubeやInstagramには良く出て来ましたが次回はないかなぁ？

Had a nice time with family here during my birthday which the hotel prepare my room with decoration and provide complimentary chocolate brownies. Also big shout out to kids club team special mention to Miw and Thip for being so kind and welcoming to my 5 years old girl who enjoyed going to kids club almost everyday. Loved the breakfast as well. The only negative part is that there were so many Israelites which very sensitive to us Muslim.

服務不太好，需要上台階到大堂，門僮 連行李箱都不幫忙提

早餐很棒，體驗也很不錯，建議8點去吃早餐，八點半就要排隊了，很國際化的感覺，一樓比較潮濕和吵，但是可以直通泳池，不建議住，住裏面樓層沒關係，離餐廳近、泳池很美。後面不舒服吃不了東西，酒店還幫忙準備蜂蜜紅茶泡飯。很貼心啦。
