Action Point Weight Loss and Fitness Resort

was looking at several places before I decided on Action Point. Chris the owner of AP responded to my enquiry personally which helped me decide to choose them. I am sooo glad I did. I cannot find anything bad to say about this place. The accomodation, facilities, food, views, pool and location are all excellent. The coaches are literally world class (ALL of them are GREAT without exception) and you are spoiled with a plethora of knowledge and experience at your disposal during your stay. The full package option goes above and beyond. The food is excellent, freshly prepared and tailored to your requirments, according to your tastes, goals and initial assessment. The personal training and muay thai one-to-one sessions offer an exceptional opportunity to learn so much about improving techniques and other useful info to implement in your personal training plans once you leave. I could go on......did I say ALL the coaches are great? If you want more in depth blood analysis, nutritional advice, rehabilitation or physiotherapy - experts (Craig and Charlie) are on hand and they really are excellent. I learned and discovered things in minutes that had never been pointed out or observed by others in more than 30 years of training. I stayed for 9 days and could only extend my stay by a couple days unfortunately as I had ongoing travel plans, however I was figuring out how and when I could go back and bring my daughters with me before I had even left AP. I loved it and have made friends with some beautiful souls in the process. If you are wondering whether to book or are "on the fence" don't hesitate - just go for it - you won't regret it. Action Point è diventata la mia seconda casa, vengo ormai almeno una o due volte l'anno. Lo staff è diventata una famiglia , sono incredibilmente gentili e disponibili, pronti ad aiutarti per qualsiasi problema. I trainer ti seguono passo passo per raggiungere il tuo obiettivo, qualsiasi esso sia. Le camere sono grandi, pulite, luminose e moderne. Il ristorante ha una vista incredibile, spot perfetto anche per chi come me, deve lavorare da remoto. Non vedo l'ora di tornare la prossima volta!

This is my 3rd trip to Action Point and I could not recommend it more. The staff are so super friendly and create a special environment. The training is first class and each time I find that it gets better. I had Alex for Muay Thai boxing 1 n 1 and he is outstanding as a coach. Could not recommend him more. Jany was my PT and he is so good at getting the best out of you and creating a supportive environment to achieve my goals. Garth is a great addition to the team and organisation some fab trips which helped to bond the group and bring inclusion. The team peanut, Sophie Chris, Kae snd the rest of the team are the backbone and make it a really family atmosphere. Overall could not say enough positive things about my experience.
