The hotel was so comfy and staffs are friendly. The breakfast was good too. The best so far i ever stayed.

I liked the hotel very much. I had booked for 1 night before. Then I extended my stay for another 2 nights. The staff is very friendly and helpful. 24/7 hot water, WiFi, food and drink available. The room was perfectly clean. Everything works flawlessly. Patong walking street is only 1 km away. If I fall on my way again, I would definitely like to stay again. Also the price is great as the performance. Would definitely recommend. You will definitely be satisfied 😉

พวกเรามากับเพื่อนเมื่อเดือนตุลาคม 2024 ห้องสะอาดกว้างใหญ่อาหารเช้ามีหลากหลายราคาไม่แพง 200 ถึง 200 บาท เรา จองมากับปุ๊กกี้ 2 ห้อง 4 คนบนดาดฟ้ามีสระน้ำ พนักงาน ยิ้มแย้มซื่อสัตย์( ตอนเช็คเอาท์พวกเรารีบเพื่อนเราลืมเงินจำนวนเยอะพอสมควร เขาติดต่อหาเราก่อนที่เราจะไปถึงเกาะว่าเราลืมเงิน พวกเราตกใจมากและบอกว่าเดี๋ยวจะกลับมารับ ภายใน 3-4 วันด้านหน้า เขาก็เก็บให้เรา ตอนที่เรากลับมารับ เราให้เงินพนักงานไป เพื่อสิ่งนั้นใจ ขอบคุณมากจริงๆ และจะแนะนำเพื่อนๆ ถ้ากลับมา เราจะมาที่นี่แน่นอน ขอบคุณค่ะ

Un oasis au milieu de la ville avec sa piscine sur le rooftop, indispensable par cette chaleur écrasante! On a apprécié de se baigner après les excursions et nos balades en ville sans mentionner les massages notamment à l'aloe vera qui ont soulagés nos coups de soleil. Le "foot massage" est un pur bonheur également. Le personnel est très accueillant et aux petits soins, toujours disponible, souriant. Les chambres sont très propres et bien décorées, nous avons apprécié le calme et le balcon avec vue imprenable sur la ville (nous étions au 7ème étage juste en dessous de la piscine). 2 bouteilles d'eau offertes chaque jour, très appréciable avec cette chaleur. Le gérant (français), son épouse et Elian sont de très bons conseils pour les excursions et appliquent un discount très intéressant donc aucun intérêt à réserver en ligne car tout est parfaitement organisé. Nous avons fait Similan Islands, Phuket Elephant care sanctuary, Kho Phi Phi et un événement de Boxe Thai. Vous pouvez aussi compter sur l'hotel pour vos transferts aéroport-hôtel-aéroport. Location de scooter sur place (prévoir le permis international, indispensable). Nous avons également apprécié le petit déjeuner avec ses fruits exotiques. Ceci est notre première visite en Thaïlande et nous espérons pas la dernière. Un grand merci à Pierre-Luc, Nook, Elian et tout le personnel. Chris et Fabien

Good experience in this hotel. Staff was nice with me and advised me about tours. Room was clean and pool was wonderful on the roof. They have bike for rent PCX and Click 125 for good price. Thank you to all team of Patong Mansion. I will come back next year.

No hot water broken bed they blamed us for by the way me & my wife are in are 60s & I have copd the bed was broken & they turned it round while we were out for the day . This morning Iwe were woken up by someone trying to kick a door in downstairs. The patong mansion & heaven apartments across the allly way that’s why theirs no out side pictures so we get an apartment with no lift so 8 flights of stairs later and nearly half dead we arrived at our door to be greeted by two cockroach’s. The room was cleaned every two days to a good standard apart from the soiled sheets and pillow cases. At night walking up the ally I’ve never seen so many rats. I won’t be going back the staff were arrogant and ignorant we left 5days early due to all these things and yes booking. Com I will be after a full refund. Ow and you have to keep your curtains shut all day as the other side can see straight in your room

The best budget friendly hotel in Patong which is near to beach as well as most attraction in phuket with a warm, friendly and helpful staff.. had taken a bike rent with affordable price and help in booking car to airport .. the rooftop pool was the main highlight and the room was well maintained with all the basic amenities like hair dryer, toiletries , mineral water and hot beverage. Highly recommended ..
