Location is good for families with children as it is away from the bustling of the pubs/ clubs. Patong beach is down the slope and there're convenience stores& eateries within walking distance. Bangla walking street is about 5-10 mins car ride or 1.7km walk on the street beside Patong beach. Food is ok in the hotel and there are some popular restaurants located ( Baan Rim Pa$$$ & Kaab Gluay) nearby as well.

Went there on a mother-daughter trip to celebrate my daughter's 21st birthday and her graduation. Overall had a fantastic time there. Loved our room that overlooked the ocean and daily sunset. All the staff we met (from check-in, buggy/transfers, breakfast, checkout) were extremely polite, always helpful and responsive. Was truly very appreciative of the thoughtful gestures that made our stay that much more special (e.g. room towel arrangement for birthday, birthday cake). Breakfast spread was fabulous and the shuttle to Jungceylon runs every hour. Do note that this property isn't for the non-fit nor faint-hearted as the slopes to the rooms are fairly steep and unsheltered, also the walk up (if you don't want to wait for the in-house shuttle) from road to lobby. We carted back bottled water from the 7-11 all the way back to our rooms and it was as good as my gym weighted elevated farmer's walk :-) Overall, had the most enjoyable time, Thank you Novotel!

Very nice stay. Excellent sea view from the room. Breakfasts very good spread. Staff very helpful and polite. Will recommend to friends

Great service in a wonderful relaxing setting

Отель конечно староват, но, прекрасное расположение, в тишине, но в центре событий. Очень удобный трансфер от отеля, вниз к входу и от входа наверх, к джейцейлону и обратно. Вид на море шикарен! Завтраки сытные, но 10 дней ели одно и то же. бассейны хорошие. Слышимость в номерах сильная, убираются хоть и каждый день, но полы все равно в волосах. Кондиционер раьотает отлично, кровать огромная, мягкая. Полотенца белоснежные, мягкие, вода в номере в стеклянных бутылках, 4 шт. Холодильник шумный, пришлось выключить. Жили во 2м корпусе от лобби "Гибискус", остальные корпуса выше, подниматься пешком тяжело, поэтому от лобби наверх тоже возит электромобиль б, персонал приветливый

Hôtel très beau, accueil chaleureux, personnel à l’écoute et très serviable. Beaucoup de marches pour se rendre à la plage…

I highly recommend this hotel. Location is great and there have a lot of restaurants near hotel. Hotel is near the beach. And responsibility is so great. My son broken the cup in hotel room. But we don’t need to pay for that. They didn’t make a change for this. Really appreciate for that. Thanks again and this is a great hotel. But one thing is not good, that is we can hear doors closing sound from next room.Soundproof system is not good. Only that one but other is really nice. Great 👍

จากการจอง แฟนส่ง email ไป 3 ครั้งไม่มีการตอบกลับ พอไปถึง check in พนักงานตอนรับบอกว่า เวลา check in เวลา บ่าย 3 ทั้งที่ในระบบ บอกว่า บ่าย 2 ก็แล้วไป แต่บ่าย 3 แล้ว จอง 3 ห้อง แต่ห้องเสร็จพร้องส่ง แค่ 2 ห้องเท่านั้น พนังงานห้องอาหารบริการดี แม่บ้านบริการดี เบลบอยยกกระเป๋าก็บริการดีค่ะ

Отличный отель! Буду рекомендовать его однозначно! Уборка ежедневно, в любое время - даже по звонку. Молодцы, так держать! Завтрак тоже понравился, есть из чего выбрать👍🏻 Очень приятно было отдыхать у вас, капунька !!!
