地理位置偏僻，泳池沒有小童設施，打車遠且貴。房間小，空調噪音和冰箱壓縮機非常吵。

酒店在卡馬拉，非常安靜，特別喜歡無邊泳池和酒店的早餐，服務也非常好，有長者的不太建議住，因為房間都在山上

登記的時候被告知是園景不是海景，海景要加價，在攜程上並沒有看到這兩種房型也沒有看到價格會有差異，有些不愉快

地理位置： 地理位置還行，離芭東海灘和卡倫海灘都不遠，酒店本身在一個小山坡上，但山腳下有水果市場，也有便利店。 酒店環境： 首先房間是不錯的，比較寬敞，自帶陽台。唯獨的缺陷可能就是太濕了，第一個晚上一覺醒來地上全是水，屬實是被嚇了一跳，好在後來酒店有提供除濕器。 服務： 前台辦理入住的小姐姐很熱情，還給我們推薦附近的餐廳。我們點了外賣，酒店也會派人送到我們房間。 餐飲： 酒店的早餐還是很豐盛的，中國胃也能吃的慣。 總的來説，性價比還是很高的，推薦

바퀴벌레가 나왔는데 호텔의 대처는 미흡 했다. 우리가 바퀴벌레를 다 잡았음에도 호텔에서 보내준다는 사람은 오지 않고 전화연결도 잘 되지 않음. 심지어 바퀴벌레가 한마리가 아님….바꿔준 방에서는 곰팡이 냄새가 심하고 너무 습해서 바닥에 물이 다 고여서 미끄러 자빠질 정도… 얘기 했더니 다음날는 제습기를 가져다 놓음. 근데 제습기 상태를 확인 안하고 물이 꽉찬걸 가져다 놓고 가서 작동 하지 않음. 그냥 내가 제습기 물통을 갈고 사용함. 성수기 비싼 가격에 비해 룸 컨디션과 서비스가 최악인 호텔. 위치도 너무 안좋고 이돈주고 여기를 왜왔나 싶음. 조식은 체크인 할때 할인 해준다고 해서 갔는데 다음날은 먹고 있을때 물어보니 할인 같은건 없다고함. 그리고 조식이 너무너무 너무 맛없음.

Not a bad stay. However the beach is quite rocky and the properties restaurants are below average. All round fantastic service and beautiful amenities but left a little to be desired.

服務熱情 圖一是club的view 小食還是可以的 少而精 開始看到很多差評 比如看爛尾樓 服務不好 有點擔心 給弟弟佈置了生日房 還送了生日蛋糕 去到後從前台登記開始就體驗一直很好 服務熱情 去哪裡都可以叫小車 小童俱樂部可託管 不是很大 打發一個小時還是可以的

Very nice resort with a good pool and great food options. Casa Boho - very handy for evening drinks. Unfortunately the gym was poor, especially for avid fitness fanatics who enjoy a workout on holiday. The service was very poor in places especially at breakfast, where it seemed routine to sit guests at a table then disappear before taking tea and coffee orders. Good hotel, but better options out there for sure.

第一間窗口都是樹，然後沙發還是臟的，讓換了房間，等了一個小時，換了個邊套，然後窗口都是草，風景很一般。整體的服務就是中規中矩，沒有打動我
