類似於民宿，基本沒有服務，房間清潔和餐飲都需要提前預約以及另外付費，1000🐷左右，地理位置比較偏，總之就是如果自己願意做飯，願意自己打掃，就還行，泳池可以，去幫濤海灘開車20分鐘左右，周邊餐飲稀少外賣叫不到正經東西，附近兩公里左右有大型超市和7/11

在攜程訂了那麼多年酒店 第一次碰見這種酒店 首先酒店 設施：是可以的 別墅很大 但是最離譜的事情就是那麼貴的房費居然還要自己付電費 説頁面寫着的 好吧 第一次碰見當自己沒仔細看 結果我們住了三天 白天都沒開燈 晚上廳裏空調和燈都關掉的別墅周圍泳池燈都關着 居然用了2450泰銖的電費 差不多近500人民幣的電費 三天僅僅就三天 還有一間房我們還是空着沒人住的 我也是暈倒這個電費 再説説服務 服務極差無比 地址模糊不清 三個地圖都找不到 當地司機也找不到 和管家通話也找不到 再打電話回答我們的居然是説她現在很忙 難道我們不忙嗎 整整多兜了一個小時 最後衹能管家來附近接我們才找到的 退房的時候居然還説水都是要收費的 你怎麼不去搶 5600一晚訂的 還什麼都要收費 還沒出行就跌到4800 之後又跌到3800 簡直不要太無語 來泰國5、6次 最差的酒店 沒有之一 周圍鳥不拉屎什麼也沒有 攜程幫助協調很不錯 88不會再來這種酒店早晚關門

My friendly and I had a very bad experience here, and I believe it's important for potential guests to be aware of the issues. First, we notified the hotel in advance about our early check-in, but upon arrival, we were greeted with no staff, and there was no electricity or water. To make matters worse, we found out that the electricity fee is not included in the villa fee, which was unexpected. Secondly, I reported a problem with the TV on the first day, and it took several days for someone to come and they just removed it. There was no solution provided or further assistance offered. Third, the shower was clogged every day, which was incredibly frustrating. Additionally, the toilet was also prone to clogging. They checked the room after we left and mentioned a 5000 THB fine. However, they didn’t charge us in the end since we had a complaint. Additionally, we were promised daily water deliveries, but no one ever brought water to the villa, despite their assurances. Housekeeping only came every three days, while the manager had informed us that we would have cleaning services twice. In the end, the cleaner only came once. Lastly, there were no staff members present near the villa to assist us. The contact person only comes twice to the villa , just for check in & check out. We were also concerned about security when we noticed gardeners and pool cleaners maintaining the property without prior notification. Which means they have our gate key.

It is the real beautiful villa! So nice pool with jacuzzi, and there are four bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. A perfect hotel/villa for vacation. The manager is perfect, always help us with everything, we book the yacht charter from manager and it is a perfect trip!!!!

哇，這個泳池別墅實在是太棒了！😍第一，泳池超級乾淨，水質清澈見底，簡直是游泳愛好者的天堂；第二，別墅內部裝修豪華，設施齊全，床鋪舒適，特別適合度假放鬆；第三，周圍環境優美，景色迷人，讓人心情愉悦放鬆。總體來説，這個泳池別墅是我住過最棒的地方，強烈推薦！🏊🌴

別墅乾淨整潔，泳池非常大，實物比照片更漂亮。管家服務也很好，中文溝通無障礙，有任何需求都會安排好。非常完美的一次旅行，沒有瑕疵。下次還會再次預訂。
