Was a very pleasant stay and the service is excellent in this villa. Bonus points for the breakfast, which was also really good

A hidden gem. It is very much like a jungle with an observatory lift connecting the pool villa to the main hotel facilities. The facilities are very well maintained.

先説好的：酒店營造出一種世外桃源般清新舒適的氛圍，這個在繁鬧的巴東確實很獨樹一幟。服務人員都蠻好，早餐用餐或者房間送餐都能妥帖照顧你的忌口或需求，包括延遲退房到2點。然後，説説稍微不好的：1，酒店的地理位置並不靠海，離商業區要走個650米，大夏天也會大汗淋漓。2，酒店房間外面的景色，平房加隔壁酒店的空調機景色。3，重點是：隔壁酒店的空調機外機，轟隆轟隆轟隆低音響徹房間，特別夜晚。可能泳池景觀會稍微好點。住宿4樓，如果在123樓，估計更加難熬。房間號來看，如果是1號樓，必須避開05/07/09號，否則無法入睡，你會被轟隆轟隆的轟一整晚！

非常不錯、服務很好、早餐好吃

位置很好很安靜，非常美麗。無論是天晴還是下雨都很出片，一定要試下酒店裡的小火車，服務態度也很好，在布吉住的最舒服的一家酒店！

Wij willen jullie hartelijk bedanken voor de fantastische service en onvergetelijke gastvrijheid tijdens ons verblijf in Phuket . Van het warme welkom bij aankomst, tot de attentheid en vriendelijkheid van het gehele personeel – alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd. De netheid van de kamers, de heerlijke voorzieningen en de persoonlijke aandacht hebben onze verwachtingen ver overstegen. Dankzij jullie oog voor detail hebben we ons erg welkom en gewaardeerd gevoeld. Onze tijd in Phuket werd echt magisch door jullie inzet. Nogmaals dank voor alles – we hopen zeker nog eens terug te komen!

정말 최고였어요ㅠㅠㅠ 신혼여행으로 방문 했는데 직원분들도 너무 친절하고 정글 분위기의 컨셉도 너무 좋아요 진짜 최고 좀만 걸으면 야시장 & 해변도 가까워서 (많~이 가깝지는 않지먼) 걸어서 이동도 가능합니다!!! 사실 시설 너무 좋고 레스토랑도 가성비 좋아서 리조트에서만 있어도 하루 순식간에 지나갑니다💕💕💕다음에도 꼭 다시 방문 하고싶습니다!!

이렇게 아름답고 평화로운 리조트가 있을까요 직접 가보니 서비스며 컨디션이며 모두 기대 이상이었습니다 유모차가 있어 비치나 번화가까지 가기 조금 어려움이 있었지만 성인들만 다니기엔 충분히 위치도 좋습니다 왕추천!

The hotel’s design is unique, front desk staff were excellent, breakfast was delicious, and room decorations for our birthday and honeymoon were a nice touch,the view was great. However, after leaving the hotel, my wife told me that ordering room dining via QR code at night repeatedly failed with errors, so she calling the restaurant, the staff answering the phone told her to use the QR code, but when my wife explained the error message (that staff who seemed to have a Middle Eastern/Indian accent sounded somewhat impatient )since our native language isn’t English, the staff’s tone seems was unfriendly. When the food was delivered, the staff (who was friendly) again suggested using the QR code to order, which made us feel quite helpless—it felt like they thought we didn’t know how to use the QR code, when in fact it was your system error. At check-in, we were told members get a 20% dining discount, but it wasn’t applied at checkout. Since my wife handled the checkout, I only realized this after we had left the hotel. Overall, the hotel was great, but I hope you can be more friendly and patient with guests whose native language isn’t English.
