Horrible hotel very dirty and dusty every where no elevator you have to go up and down through the stairs really not worth it

Stayed for one day. It was quite convenient for a days stay.

Good enough for the price

Бронировал номер с двумя раздельными кроватями, заселили в номер с одной двуспальной. На вопрос поменять номер сказали что прямо сейчас нет других номеров, а завтра обязательно переселим. На просьбу дать хотя бы тогда второе одеяло отказали, сказали нет такой возможности. На следующее утро на ресепшене один человек сказал, что в 12:00 переселят нас. Но уже 11:30 на ресепшене был другой человек и сказал, что это не возможно. Не стал терять время, оставил этот вопрос до вечера. В 19:00 на ресепшене никого, искал человека минут 40 потом появился тот кто утром говорил не возможно переселить. После очень долгих разговоров оказалось что номер все же есть, проводил показал номер и под ночь нас все же переселили. Номер был неплохой, но общее впечатление персонал оставил негативное.

This place has good location and competitive accommodation price, hotel service is very good, every staff is friendly.

Traveling with friends in Phuket, I was on a tight budget. Hotel Diva Patong was perfect. The clean, comfortable room and friendly staff made it a great value.The location was ideal - close enough to walk to the beach and nightlife, but quiet enough for a good night's sleep.

Travelling with friends on a budget, This hotel was excellent choice.The affordable rooms were clean and comfortable, anf the friendly staff helped us plan on adventures around Phuket. The hotel's central location allowed us to explore from beaches to temples, all within walking distance or a short taxi ride.

It was amazing stay, beautiful hotel, beautiful rooms, clean and tidy, big breaky and close enough from patong city, 2 mins on bike. Very nice staff, friendly and polite. Very relaxing lobby with pool. We are happy with good breakfast and professional staff for assist me about extend stay during high season with very hard to find a room.

The staffs were so friendly and really made our stay special. Pool was great, really clean and we enjoyed the cocktail. The room was cleaned everyday and staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast had something for everyone. It is not close to beach which makes it a quiet and good place to stay.
