Very conveniently located, Tops n Villa market nearby. Many good restaurants within walking distance eg Tawai. Siam Sunset n Tu Kap Kao. Good and responsive service staff

New hotel so it is still in good shape. Location is good, near Porto and boat Avenue, but you have to walk along the roadside (no pavements here) to get anywhere. Hotel is surrounded by construction sites and there is no view to speak of. Service is very average and impersonal. Rooms themselves are clean but basic, and do not even provide things like conditioner or dish washing detergent. The infinity pool is pleasant though rather hot as there is no shade.

По окончанию отпуска, решили остановиться в этом отели с 10.03 по 12.03.25г. номер стоил 8700тыс.р., за сутки, выселиться нужно было в 12 дня, т.к самолёт у нас был в 21 час, решили продлить номер до 19 вечера, на ресепшене сделали это без проблем за 1500 бат. Все вопросы к-е возникали решали в течении 10мин ( сейф, утюг, гладильная доска). Номер был 30кв., просторный, чистый, современный, с кухонной техникой, хорошей и чистой посудой, было приятно в нем находиться. Чтобы было удобно жить, нужен байк или машина, т.к расположен от моря далеко.

Great stay at HOMA Cherngtalay with our dog. Room had everything we needed and was plenty big enough for the three of us. Location was perfect. Just a few minutes walk from all the action of Boat Avenue, Porto de Phuket & all the restaurants and bars in the local area. Staff were friendly and efficient. I had an issue with the safe one day and maintenance arrived within 10 minutes. Loved the handy app for communicating with the front desk and seeing everything that was going on. We didn’t really have time to make much use of the classes, but it was nice to have fitness classes available, as well as other events like music in the restaurant. The only thing that would put me off staying again was the price. We booked it last time because we wanted to take our dog and not many hotels allow it. But if it wasn’t for that, there seemed to be other, cheaper options around in the local area that we might have explored.

Апартаменты прекрасные, просторные номера, бассейн на крыше отличный, вкусные завтраки , бесплатный паркинг. Зеленая территория восхищает. Сейчас идет стройка, поэтому шумно . Мы были на байке, поэтому до пляжа добраться не проблема .

I was absolutely delighted with this hotel! Modern and conveniently located, it offers everything for a comfortable stay: a rooftop pool, a gym, an excellent restaurant, and even a kids' room. The rooms are clean and cozy, and the staff is always ready to help. The parking is convenient, and there’s a park area inside the hotel, which adds to the charm. The only downside is the construction nearby, but that’s temporary. Highly recommend!

Новый Кондо. Уборка каждый день. Бассейн, зал, ресторан, зона барбекю - всё присутствует. Ресепшен молодцы. Бесплатная парковка. Из минусов расположение , пробка всё время. Также в тренажерный зал пускают только с 14 лет. Это очень плохо, ребёнок привычный к тренажеркам , а его не пускают!

The location of this hotel is everything, there are a lot of food restaurants if you walk slightly further ahead. There is also a 7-11 and a night market just across the hotel. Further ahead there is a shopping mall and boat avenue is white in walking distance. The rooftop swimming pool is good as well, it is open till 11pm and we went up at night to enjoy the view and breeze. They even stream football matches, which is really a plus plus point. Love everything about hotel and they are really committed to going green as they provide water dispenser at the lift for you to get your water refill. We also got a room upgrade as the room intended for us was in use. And the upgraded room was so spacious and good, there is even a washing machine if you need. Highly highly recommend this hotel! Will want to go back again to this place.

很滿意，除了去門口經常堵車，其他都比較舒服，以後出門就住酒店公寓，還可以做飯，帶家人很方便

位置非常方便，鄰近boat avenue, 酒店有游泳池，7樓的餐廳Mingle, 價錢中等，食物質素好，尤其法式洋蔥湯，超級好飲，極力推介。

就在邦濤海灘拉古納區的門口，裏面有悦榕莊、莫文匹克這些很不錯的酒店，作為中轉酒店暫時過度是沒有問題，兩室一廳，裝修和衞生條件都不錯，傢俱很新，有洗衣機，冬天的衣服都可以輕鬆拿捏。離海灘比較遠，打車5分鐘，衹能泡屋頂泳池，很大，水非常乾淨，但3點以後就別下水了，冷。晚上上去吹吹風很棒。樓下左右2家餐館都很不錯，價格便宜又好吃，旁邊就是7-11，方便。

這是在泰國住過最差的酒店，沒有之一！ 1. 枕頭有明顯的頭油臭味，剛入住就發現，真的很噁心，反饋後拿過來幾個枕巾是濕的，後面給換的有很多小黑點 2. 房間陰暗潮濕，酒店給的解釋是好的房間都被常住客户佔了，實際的房間跟網站圖片大相徑庭 3. 第三晚都沒有換床品，還是多次反饋枕頭臭的情況下都沒換過，其他酒店基本一兩天都會給換一次，找了前台説衹有一個人，讓我自己換。。。還好送來的小哥主動換了 4. 態度差，這麼多問題第三天晚上直接找了像前台經理那個女的，她衹顧跟老外男性諂媚的説話，非常不耐煩的讓我找其他人，前台一個男的理直氣壯的説“我們不是星級酒店，我們衹是一個公寓”，懟了他“你們至少要乾淨”，前台其他的女生態度都挺好的，這兩個人不知道為什麼這麼囂張 5. 遇到一次咖啡杯巨黏，把手和杯外壁都黏，應該是沒洗，反饋給了服務員，餐廳的服務員態度都很好，一直抱歉，但是衞生還是堪憂 一直對泰國酒店的服務水平大讚，之前從沒踩過雷。 最後，感謝攜程小管家，積極幫忙解決問題，一定程度緩解了我的憤怒。我訂這個酒店的時候並沒有看到訊息詳細的差評，寫下來給大家做參考。
