Very good hotel! Good value for money! The place is clean and well maintained. Adel is very welcoming and friendly. The room is not soundproof. Felt very good there. The restaurants around are also very good. And you can walk to Bangla Road and the beach

Local e funcionários excelentes. O local estava limpo. Porém apareceu uma barata no banheiro. Sugerimos utilizar tampas de ralos que possam ser tampados no piso do salão do banheiro, no piso do chuveiro e na pia do banheiro.

Расположение очень удобное все на месте и рядом далеко ходить не надо и бары и массажные салоны. Есть лифт, в номере чисто, иногда слышно шум музыки с баров ( номер был на бангла).

Location is in the heart of patong HKT across the bangala road walking street. But it is very noisy at night time, you can hear the DJ music inside your room 😁. Service is good and amenities are fair. In average, best place to choose if you prefer night life.

Good hotel overall. Simple. Placed in the center of patong more crowded street. Recommended if you want to party. The staff was nice and the breakfast was also good.

整體舒適、乾淨，酒店亦都好容易搵，一落樓下就有大型商場Jungceylon，而且有間Massage好舒服

太可怕了朋友們。我連訂了兩晚這個酒店。第二天晚上回來發現沒有人打掃衞生。毛巾什麼的都沒有乾淨的可用。去找前台前台説入住協議裏面寫着瞭如果不在門上掛牌子需要打掃，他們就不打掃。我説我從來沒有見過酒店這樣規定的。而且入住的時候前台衹是讓我簽個字並沒有給我説這些。那個入住協議好幾頁他們並沒有給我副本或者讓我拍照。前台三哥説這邊的酒店都是這樣。我???。還有就是這家酒店早餐要走到前面一個樓去吃。早上8點以後才有。。酒店緊鄰酒吧街晚上吵的睡不着，我認，誰讓他位置好呢。但服務都成這樣就有點無語了。經驗選擇酒店的時候遠離三哥三姐以及相關的人開的酒店。這個酒店太離譜了。在布吉住了幾晚第一次住到這樣的酒店。定之前三思。

Wer Ruhe haben möchte, ist in diesem Hotel definitiv falsch. Es liegt fast direkt in Partyzentrum. Es ist drumherum sehr laut. Da die Fenster in unserem Zimmer nicht wirklich dicht waren, hat man bis tief in die Nacht Musik gehört. Ich hatte Probleme einzuschlafen. Frühstück ist nicht vielfältig und eher monoton und befindet dich ca. 200 Meter weiter im Schwesterhotel. Man muss für das Zimmer eine Kaution von 1000 Baht bezahlen, bei der Abreise wird das Zimmer auf Schäden kontrolliert und erst dann bekommt man fue Ksution erstattet.

Frankly awful service. We tried to cancel before arrival with plenty of time as we only just booked it. We told them we wanted to change the date but they were greedy and denied the refund forcing us to change plans and stay on those dates instead. Cost us a bunch of money because of how careless they are about our situation. This isn't even 1 star experience or customer service.
