Brenta Phu Quoc Hotel arvostelua

2023년 7월 30일 오전 8시30분경 체크아웃을 했습니다. 룸가격을 이미 트립닷컴을 통해 지불했는데 이 호텔 리셉션 여직원은 또 돈을 받으려고 했습니다. 이미 숙박비를 지불했다는 내용이 적혀 있는 바우처를 보여줘도 소용없었습니다. 그래서 나의 소중한 시간이 많이 낭비되었습니다. 이 여직원은 고의로 돈을 더 받으려고 했거나 능력 미달 중에 하나 이고, 내가 허비한 시간에 대해 어떤 사과도 받지 못 했습니다. 그랩 택시가 대기하고 있는 상태여서 굉장히 불편했습니다.

設施：挺好的 衞生：很乾凈 環境：很安靜 服務：很不錯 入住超級很簡單，服務員很客氣，溝通沒問題，很快速的完成了入住辦理，房間打掃的很安靜

밤비행기라 낮동안 있으려고 예약했어요.시내에 잠깐있긴 가까워서 좋어요.도마뱀이 방안에 3마리있는건좀 흠이예요

사진과 다른방을 주고.. 바닥에 모래가 많았다. 방에 도마뱀도 있었다 ㅠㅠ 출국날 잠깐. 있을꺼라 꾹 참고 밖에서 시간보냄…

Khách sạn này món ăn tươi ngon. Gần biển, hồ bơi sạch sẽ. Có dịp quay lại sẽ gé thăm.

Dịch vụ không đầy đủ và chu đáo

Proximity to the beach is great, just a minutes walk. And several restaurants nearby. Room cleaning could use some help, housekeeping not great at removing the dust. The room itself is fine with blackout curtains, comfortable bed , cold AC and plenty of hot water. The only downside were the unattended children at the pool. It would be great if management would enforce the pool rules. Other than that, pool was clean and nice to swim in on those hot days with plenty of sun beds, umbrellas and pool towels.

Worst ever… + 1.Hotel dislocation very close to beach 2.Good Wi-Fi 3.Clean swimming pool - 1.Dirtiness all over the place 2.Unpleasent cleaning staf( They worked in the room during showering) 3.Very difficult to get closer to hotel with your baggage 4.Location is slum. Near by hotel is graveyard 5.Staf is kind, but don’t speak English. 6.After switching better room, we got it with the damage santechnick Conclusion-very uncomfortable, poor and dirty.

Là trải nghiệm tuyệt vời trong suốt kì nghỉ, căn phòng ấm cúng là nơi khiến tôi cảm thấy có giấc ngủ ngon, hồ bơi, cảnh vật xung quanh gần gũi, toà nhà ăn sáng có thể nhìn được vẻ đẹp của biển cả, những món ăn ngon được phục vụ hằng ngày không bị lặp lại, nhân viên chu đáo thân thiện. Sẽ tiếc khi bỏ lỡ Brenta Phu Quoc. ❤️

I have had a comfortable at Brenta Phu Quoc Hotel, staffs are very friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicous and varied, nice and clean pool, just walk 2 minutes to get the beach, I will come back this place soon, thank you
