I did not think that I would leave a review like this among other good reviews, I just thought that I was unfortunate this time, it was a chance to know how much good your service was. My partner booked this hotel 3 nights because I told him that I was recommended. The plus is people here, friendly and warm welcomed me. But my first impression was not really good. The bed is comfortable, but there was problem with the cleanliness. There were sand and dusk in the bathroom, and the stopper of bottle of drinking water was also dirty, the door was really hard to open. Above experience, I thought I just friendly shared to the reception and done. But the thing really ruined my experience was that from the beginning, my partner was stucked in the mainland because of the storm and was not able to travel to Phu Quoc, the hotel did not offer us cancallation and of course, I understood that, therefore I checked in earlier because I was in Phu Quoc before, and hoped my partner can travel to Phu Quoc on the next day. Unfortunately, my partner was still not able to travel, I was seeking to the hotel support to move our stay to Mar 2023 when we can arrange our holiday, and we will absolutely pay the extra if any. But I received response that our stay only can be postpone until Oct 2020 and I should stay all by myself if my partner cannot travel. And supprisingly that they said the payment is only a small amount therefore they could not support me. What kind of mindset was that? And I agreed that this was a small amount and I was alright to leave it. Next time my partner travel to Phu Quoc, I am sorry that I will choose other hotel and you will not see me as a demanding guest again.
