Melia Vinpearl Phu Quoc

這是讓我感到非常完美的住宿體驗，員工都熱情協助處理問題，並且每天安排很多活動，例如折葉子教學，運動項目，同行者剛好生日，也立即送上生日蛋糕，附上手寫卡片，情緒價值給到滿分，讓我們很驚喜意外，並且員工都會適時協助幫忙，還有免費巴士站點在酒店門口，交通上面完全不用擔心，非常有水準的一家酒店。已經是第二次入住了，將來有到富國島將會再次入住。在此特別感謝AMY及Dylan給我們滿滿的回憶。

幾個設施沒有開，覺得跟網路不符（游泳池少開一個，game room for kids 球池也沒有開） 好處是有免費機場接送，去 珍珠樂園/動物園/grand world 也都有很多免費接駁。房間沒什麼熱水，水量少&不夠熱！不太ok

2025년 6월, 가족과 함께한 소중한 휴양 생일을 맞은 아이와 함께한 이번 여행에서 멜리아 빈펄 푸꾸옥은 ‘쉼’이 무엇인지 다시 느끼게 해준 곳이에요. 프라이빗한 풀빌라에서 시작하는 여유로운 아침, 풀장 너머로 펼쳐진 고요한 바다, 그리고 조식 뷔페는 매일매일이 호텔의 하이라이트✨ 직원분들도 친절했고, 아이들을 위한 키즈클럽과 워터파크도 아주 만족스러웠어요. 물론 위치가 섬 북쪽이라 시내와는 좀 멀지만, 리조트 안에서 충분히 즐길 수 있어 오히려 더 좋았답니다. 조용하고 여유롭게 쉬고 싶은 분들께 추천해요

Location - The hotel is about an hour from the airport but very close to the amusement park.   Hotel - The place feels like it’s been open for 10 years. Our room was a bit old but still okay. We got upgraded to a two-bedroom, probably to keep guests close since the hotel has tons of villas. Toilet didn’t flush well and the seat was broken. *Super be careful everywhere are slippery*  Food - Restaurant service was great—staff were helpful and the food was super tasty. Breakfast had lots of options. Felt bad for the egg station staff though—too many people and they looked overwhelmed.   Service - Front desk was helpful at first. On check-out day, we asked for late check-out and they said yes after checking with the manager. But later, the staff kept pushing us to leave a review. My husband agreed, but they kept asking to the point it felt a bit uncomfortable. I guess they have review targets, but it was too much.  Overall, a decent 4-star hotel.

Welcome drink and bell boy services are good. The hotel location is little bit far. The resort area is very large. Even travelling within the resort needs the free golf car service. But sometimes need to wait for a little bit long. The cost of in house afternoon tea is acceptable. The 5 courses set dinner are tasteful and the quantity is sufficient. Restaurant is comfortable and the service is good. The private pool is very convenient. The house is also very big. The main bed room is big like the entire room of other hotel. The hotel price is relatively acceptable. Just I found some potato chips left on the sofa and not yet cleaned before I arrived.

호수뷰에 개인 수영정 까지 너무너무 만족스러워용 호텔도 대따 넓고 젛았습나다
