Все очень понравилось. Есть бесплатный трансфер до аэропорта. Хороший бассейн. Частный пляж. Прекрасные виды.

很一般説實話，也就是個四星級的水平。 房間很潮濕，而且走一股怪味。 酒店前台工作效率很低，等辦理入住等了半小時。 不值這個價格。

位置滿分 有酒吧，便利店，24小時娛樂場 位置設施服務都5星 房間2星 床同牆都有昆蟲，廁所有烏蠅 沖涼熱水要等20分鐘以上先慢慢有 然後水壓係弱到似就黎無水… 男仔還好 長髮女仔慎重考慮.. 同埋建議帶即棄床單

酒店位於北部離動物園很近 周邊吃飯什麼不是很方便 不如中部南部酒店 越南最大的娛樂場就在酒店裡 第二次入住了 酒店最美的就是沙灘 可在前台叫服務員幫忙約車直送沙灘 酒店的游泳池自帶滑道也很不錯 總體推薦

優點： 1，離各個樂園很近且有定期免費的shuttle。 2，villa的room service性價比是可以接受的。 3，有很大的沙灘 4，房間很大很舒適 5，服務態度挺好的。 6，免費機場接送。 缺點： 1，每天水是限量供應4瓶瓶裝水。 2，mini bar衹有咖啡和茶包是免費的，其他均收費。這還是一個別墅………且不説其他酒店普通房間都有贈送的minibar。 3，廚房下水道稍微有點反味。 4，kids club比較差…可選玩的不多，活動也不多。

Nice infrastructure, hotel location and beach are fine, as good as you would expect from a tropical island. Nice hotel for staying 2-3 days, however, staff cannot communicate in english which does not help. Besides, there is no food or drink service to the beach. Overall is OK but dont expect much in terms of service. Hotel having a casino is very nice option

入住登記職員貼心講解，態度好有禮貌。有shuttle bus 去景點好方便。第一晚在酒店餐廳用膳，我們用正價750000盾一個人的自助餐，飲品只可有茶及啡，但所有咖啡機都不能用，進餐時見有果汁，職員說只有團餐客才可享用，所以只有茶的750000盾一餐的自助晚餐。

負責任地寫個差評吧，讓後來人好避坑。 1.酒店環境中規中矩，無可圈可點。 2.房間裝修可參考國內維也納，而且很小，哪來的42平 3.房間設施都不太好用，燒水都找不到合適的插座。 4.早餐本來出品就很普通，結果客人太多，吃個粉，煎個蛋都排長隊供不應求。 在這住了兩天，把整個假期的體驗都破壞了。預訂前，忽略了這個酒店的房間數有1300多間，比富國島一般度假村翻倍還多！服務業一跑量，自然質量下降。 另外，一定要來，千萬別訂海景房，就是多貴了兩百，海景很差，房間也完全一樣！ 酒店還喜歡在室外泳池大聲播放土裡土氣的電子音樂，一直到很晚，及很早開始，嚴重影響住客休息。 晚餐的話，我們在隔壁度假村的beach bistro吃的還不錯！ 可能這個度假村就是為了給娛樂場帶流量的，但是今天逛了一圈，毫無人氣！ 多説一句，據之前在芽莊和峴港的旅遊經驗，主觀感覺富國島的服務水平和性價比要差一些！商業化程度較高，雖然海島自然環境可能更優一些！

位置極佳，無論去Safari, VinWonders 定Grand World 都方便。酒店內有Vinbus站，直接去到以上必到景點，Grab都唔使call，勁正。 早餐食物種類多，Pho、越式法包、蛋、水果都是每朝必食，番石榴汁超好飲。每朝我地都可以食到飽出發，慳番餐lunch。 房間就簡簡單單，阿女好鐘意公主床同公主椅(佢覺得係公主設計🤣)，不過浴缸一入去都有啲頭髮，打掃有進步空間，但尚算整潔。 泳池、kids room都不錯，富國島北部酒店之選👍🏻

Very good service! I'm very lucky to have a very good STAFF! I was with my family and we were leaving this hotel to another hotel. They offered a car to take us from the hotel to the airport so we could spend less money on taxi. But things happened! When I arrived at the new hotel, we found out we had lost our wallet, which contained 17,000,000! We thought we might drop it in the car and we tried to contact the hotel, and unluckily the wallet is there! The hotel car driver drives for 40 mins to our new hotel to give back the wallet to us!!!! THEIR SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT!!!!! Definitely have to shout out to the staff in this hotel! 100% RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL! I forget to ask for the driver's name but it was the driver that drive us from Wyndham grand to airport on 25/4 12:15, we're room 7131! Thank you so much!
