We have a staff who came to check in immediately, because her shift is at 6pm but ran as early as possible to check in and reported about the room change. We have provided all the rooms you booked. In addition, we provide free electric cars for guests even at 9pm or 10pm or immediate support even though it is 12am. In the morning, we only turned off the water for 1 to 2 minutes to check the water system again due to a problem with the pump. And only turned off in the room for 2 minutes, we turned on the water immediately. Regarding the air conditioner, we quickly changed you to another room within 5 minutes. We also asked you to move back to the same room the next day but you refused. We understand and try to respond and resolve immediately the unavoidable incidents. Even though you broke a glass of our water, we still did not charge you. We always apologize until you leave the hotel, we hope this feedback will help you change your view of us.
