Very bad service

Did not get two beds did not get light breakfast as stated on my reservation.

Staff are nice and helpful for solving our problems.

Roaches in the room on the ceiling, breakfast was coffee and juices.. plaster patches all over the room, had to be up under the TV to change channels, not the best of places I have stayed and I've been in some shady places

A very old property. In the room flickering lights, uneven floor, dirty lamp shades and a sink drain that was not draining. Also very noisy from the outside.

Very outdated. Dead bugs in room. Live bugs in bathroom. You can see air around door and also around air conditioner. We checked in when it was 95 degrees outside. There was no air on in room. It was very hot and stagnant. We did not stay here. Said we would be refunded and were not. Untrustworthy staff and inconsiderate manager when calling him after checkout.

I should have read the reviews! Horrible experience. No water upon arrival at 9 PM for more than an hour. Couldn’t brush teeth, shower or flush toilet after a long day of travel. Hotel phone rang and woke me up at 2:45 AM AND 6:30 AM. Couldn’t get back to sleep so left premises at 7:00 AM after packing in the dark. Hotel clerk no help. Would not give me any contact information for General Manager, only the Front Desk phone number. I filed a complaint with Wyndham and have requested a refund.

Not a clean environment. The toilet ran and would not flush, the floors and walks are dirty. The TV channels or remote did not function. The air conditioner was fall off the wall, the door security latch did not function and the door was extremely dirty.

It's an old motel with some minor updates to try to keep them somewhat modern. No breakfast, coffee machine and glass/cup. It only provide one bath towel. There was a cockroach on the floor. The room smelled terrible. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Old looking and out of date. No breakfast provided, no ice bucket (only given a garbage sack to use for ice), no drinking cups in room, no washcloths. Only 2 chairs in room but were both broken. The toilet seat was totally loose (screw loose on one side), and smoke detector hanging a few inches from off the wall.

This place was pretty shabby and had roaches. They are renovating, but not doing a great job of it. A giant roach scurried out in the middle of the night, scared my girlfriend and ruined what was an otherwise nice trip through Phoenix. Skip it!

Flew in to Phoenix took sky train to 44th& Washington , walked 10 min to hotel had res check in good room 208 freshened up Walked to Burger King 5 mins walked to light rail station 3 mins took train to ballpark. After took train back to 44th& Washington walked to hotel 10mins .

This was the most disgusting hotel/motel room I have ever been in. Multiple 2 inch long roaches were seen, including two that crawled across my arms. I checked out after 4-5 hours and the property would only refund half my money. They offered another room, but clearly the property is infested. The property should be closed. After my trip is over I will be writing Wyndham, Howard Johnson's, the Better Business Bureau, and Phoenix Health Authorities.

Just no… and Wyndham should be ashamed to have their name attached to this “hotel”. More like a motel. The parking lot was not well lit, the door to our room didn’t lock, burn marks on the bedspread. I would totally not recommend it. I booked to stay before my flight and didn’t read the other reviews… always READ REVIEWS!
