入住的時候説沒到入住時間，房間沒有空出來，如果想立即入住需要另外收費，給他們看了攜程訂單可以提前入住才給開房，3樓的房間內還有小蟑螂，而且窗户外面是隔壁樓的牆壁，超級近，沒有一點陽光也不通風，但是酒店早餐還不錯，很豐盛，服務員態度也很好

大堂及餐廳員工服務態度非常好，又禮貌又常掛笑容。這次唯一不足便是房間的插頭及USB插口都是壞掉不能夠使用，略有不足。另外有一些毛巾非常不乾淨，有很多污漬。

房間比較陳舊。設施一般。 空調聲音很大。如果你需要安靜的環境睡覺。那麼你不要選這個。 房間裏面忘記放拖鞋。不管是反覆使用的還是一次性的。 當我打電話給前台。前台要我下去拿。又説沒有拖鞋。讓我自己去7-11買。 而你們的查房上面寫着。拖鞋丟失賠償5$。這個事情不是很好笑嗎？

真的是華人友好型酒店，到處是中文，連電源開關都和控制區域都是中文。給免費升了一級，房間面積很大，有泳池和bar，泳池略小，沒什麼客人。
