There is a musty smell as soon as you enter the door, the air conditioner is very loud and noisy, the bed sinks in as soon as you lie down, there is no bottled water, only refills, the whole hotel room is dark because there is no sunshine and dark environment, However.the breakfast is rich and can order, there are Ham, the room was clean but the cleaning staff was noisy in the morning. 一進門有霉味、冷氣聲音很大聲且吵、床一躺下去就凹下去，沒有瓶裝水只有續瓶的、整個飯店房間較為陰暗，因爲沒有陽光陰暗的環境，但早餐豐富因有單點，有火腿、房間乾淨 但早上清潔人員吵雜聲。

Building work taking place to Skylar and pool. Not warned in advance. This is the second time this has happened to me and although they offer the pool at their sister hotel it's not convenient. Staff always helpful and polite. Room is a good size but furnishings are starting to get a little tired.

We enjoyed our stay here beyond the busy city hustle. Room is exactly what’s stated in photos, clean and nice bed with complete amenities. We also had a bar fridge with tidbits to choose from. We had the pool to ourselves in the evening with the very pleasant city view and night lights. Breakfast buffet is elegantly prepared, not too many options though but it is worth what we payed for. So glad we chose this hotel. I would definitely recommend to friends if it were to be somewhere else because I will not recommend going to Phenom Penh after we encountered robbery and suffered PTSD after, instead of achieving our itinerary for this trip we just did staycation here. Thanks to the frontdesk staff for accommodating us with welcome drinks, nice French macarons and biscuits. There are also cold, clean towels in the lobby if you would want to freshen up before entering your rooms. Concierge are thoughtful and helpful too.

Чудовий готель, дуже привітний персонал. Сподобався басейн та неймовірні сніданки. Буду залишатись там ще ❤️🥰

預訂了兩間房，就不再多發一條了。 哦，對了，酒店有的房型，窗户是對着隔壁樓的，距離狹窄，無法採光。可以想象類似於農村的握手樓。

酒店雖然比較老派 但是服務和衞生環境都很好 早餐的粥一定要嘗試一下 很喜歡👍

房間乾爽、洗澡熱水大、早餐不錯、可以另點。 房間不隔音。
