非常好的入住體驗。 酒店位置很好，離機場不遠，周邊風景也好。 酒店設施沒有什麼問題，使用方便。 早餐也不錯。

In the trip.com mention have bathtubs but actual the room don't have. So disappointed. But everything is good service and clean

Firstly the hotel is like 20 mins ride from airport , but opposite side the bustling town. It’s just across from Mekong river. Mobility to reach hotel were hassle free. As a diamond member i was able to do early check in and had my welcome drink and cold towel at reception. We booked bassac suite and as per photo it has bathtub , however when we checked in to my surprise it’s not. I ring to FO to check about and I were instructed to pay $20/ night if want but tub. However they had discussed this with their senior management and come up with free upgrade to high ceiling 16th floor room. Not sure what it called but such a grand fabulous room with Mekong river view too. Staffs are super friendly and welcoming, English speaking, overall the price I paid for my stay was worth it. If I ever coming back Phnom Penh I choose this hotel.

歴史を感じる大型ホテル ロビーが非常に広く、フロアの廊下も広くて、少し古さもありますか、昔ながらの大型ホテルという感じです。 室内の床が木張りでワックスがかかってるのか、荷物置くのに少し気をつかいました。 ロビー階があまりにも広いため、レストランも二つあり、朝食バイキングかと思ったら、普通のレストランに入ってしまいました。 プールも広くて、何もかも大きいです。 全体的に満足いくホテルだと思います。

Sitha is an outstanding staff member of the Sokha Hotel. The gym, sauna and pool facilities are excellent, and the beat in the city. Miss Sreynuon is a key and professional staff member who is dedicated to her work. Staff make you feel very comfortable. Miss Seangny is the supervisor of these facilities and her work is appreciated. The staff is very friendly, kind and generous. This hotel is superb.

The massage lady Mrs.Chan Sitha was very excellent and very professional. I would like to recommend her to anybody and I will invite all the the Jasmine SPA. The massage room was very clean and massage oil was excellent and the smell was very good 👍 thank you

This hotel is fabulous place to stay among all the great hotels in Southeast Asia which I had visited, very high in my experience -- for several reasons. The superlative service from a committed and efficient staff with super friendly. My room was very specious via river view. The breakfast was excellent, they offered you an optional. Not forgetting the pool is huge. Luckily, it was the queen’s birthday and I could see the wonderful firework from Sky bar, great memories. I extremely recommend this hotel to everyone, you won’t regret.

It was a great memory and wonderful experience at Sokha Phnom Penh Hotel, it was everything you would expect. The food in the restaurant was great. The staffs were very friendly and the room was so roomy with clean. I absolutely love the pool was too big seem like Olympic pool. Great stay, I highly recommend this hotel.
