スタッフの皆さんはとても親切で親身になってくれて大満足。スタッフのサービスが良いのはソフィテルならば当然のこと！ マイナス点は、ロビーに充満していたタバコ（シガー？）の臭い。子連れには小走りで通り過ぎたいくらい強い臭いが奥のエレベーターまで届いていた。また、部屋は清潔で掃除も行き届いているが、小さな虫を多く見かけたので、ペストコントロールが必要かと思った。
