I had the absolute pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, it exceeded every expectation. The hospitality was truly unmatched — every member of the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The surrounding scenery was breathtaking, offering a perfect blend of natural beauty and tranquility that instantly made me feel at peace.
The environment was not only elegant and serene, but also thoughtfully designed to offer both luxury and comfort. My stay was incredibly relaxing, with every detail tailored to create a sense of home away from home.

公寓式的酒店，長期和短期停留都非常合適。
對面就是烏那隆寺，住靠街的一面可以享受寺廟的壯麗景色，皇宮的尖頂也在遠處若隱若現。
走路去皇宮，獨立碑和周邊景點也就10分鐘，非常便利。
房間面積夠大，單人房的大床睡一家三口也綽綽有餘。

已經是第二次住這個酒店了，房間有陽台看風景比較舒服。
設施：比較老舊，都是很久之前的老物件了。使用體感一般，洗臉盆下水有問題。
衞生：這次的衞生很一般，床單上有明顯的污漬。牆上也有，洗澡淋浴噴頭裡麪發現了不知名頭髮。乾淨指數1顆星🌟。
環境：大堂的環境還算比較OK，但是整個房間格局比較狹窄。要穿過一扇門才能到我們的房間。很離譜。
10% 折扣餐飲和水療中心 :沒體驗到，晚上10點到的，説水療11點結束，並且要提前預約，加了預約管家的微信，也沒有人回覆。體驗感很差。

Мы с семьей (2 взрослых и 2 детей 15 и 11 лет) путешествуем по Камбодже. Прилетев в Пномпень со 2 по 4 января 2025 года, мы остановились в отеле **Palace Gate Hotel & Residence By EHM** в президентском люксе с видом на город, и я хочу поделиться своими впечатлениями.
1. Расположение
Отель расположен в удобном месте, всего в нескольких минутах ходьбы от центра города и основных достопримечательностей. Если нужно добраться до Central Market или отдалённой достопримечательности, перед отелем стоят тук-туки за 5-10 долларов. Чтобы не переплачивать, можно заказать тук-тук или такси в приложении Passapp, только заранее в аэропорту нужно приобрести местную сим-карту.
2. Дизайн и удобства отеля
Отель оформлен в очень традиционном стиле с тщательно проработанными деталями интерьера. В номере были вода, полотенца, тапочки, зубные щетки и бытовая техника. Особенно порадовал бесплатный Wi-Fi, который работал без перебоев. Единственный минус — ремонт в отеле давно не делали; в нашем номере не было ремонта, а в ванной комнате вода уходила плохо.
3. Сервис
Персонал был очень профессиональным и дружелюбным. Говорят на английском языке, русскоязычного персонала нет. При заселении необходимо оставить залог в размере 50 долларов, что при бронировании нигде не было указано.
4. Питание
В ресторане отеля предлагалось меню на выбор, а также небольшой шведский стол. Всё было очень вкусно.
5. Удобства для отдыха
В отеле есть бассейн, тренажёрный зал и Spa, что делало моё пребывание комфортным после активного дня.
Проживанием в отеле мы остались довольны.
