There were lots of hairs found on the floor that I cleaned because I received no service from housekeeping. I put a full garbage can outside my door that took hours to be emptied. The only compliment I can muster is the body products that smell good and the young woman at the front desk who was very kind.
I can’t see how this hotel gets good reviews. It’s down a shady street you wouldn’t want to be late at night. Noisy from music next door. The rooms are old and really dirty. Disgusting marks all over the walls, filthy sofa covered in stains. Holes in the bed linen. Tiny bathroom with water that constantly ran hot and cold. They also wanted a $20 deposit which I find ridiculous. There are much better hotels in Phnom Penh in much nicer areas for the same price. I would not recommend staying here.
