Были в нескольких отелях и гестхаусах в Камбодже. На основании этого могу сказать, что отель в своей категории на твердую 3 (максимум). В номере все соответствовало фотографиям, матрас жесткий, комфортный. Но подушки плохие, от них шел неприятный запах, их давно нужно заменить... Такое ощущение, что постельное белье не стираное или просто прополоскали без порошка, пол так же не помыли, а просто подмели. В номере ползали муравьи, другой живности не было (что радует ))) ). Заселение с 13:00, приехали в 14:00 номер не был готов, типа там убирались. Но через 5 минут сказали, все готово. Есть лифт. Место положение не плохое, большинство достопримечательностей было в пешей доступности, но сам отель на улице ремонта и обслуживания байков, до ближайшего кафе 5-10 минут пешком. Про само обслуживание сказать особо ни чего не могу - получили ключи и сдали ключи, больше взаимодействий не было. Стекла на окне не мылись скорее всего - никогда, только дождем. В случае повторного посещения Пномпеня выберу другой отель, больше всего не понравилась грязь в номере и постельного белья... Совет, имейте с собой тонкий пододеяльник в котором можно спать как в коконе или использовать как простынь, особенно актуально в арабских странах (например Ирак) где постельное белье чаще совсем отсутствует....

Empire House er et rigtigt fint sted. Værelset var rent og pænt, samt toilet. Der er nem mulighed for at få transport rundt i byen. Spisesteder er tæt ved hotellet. Kan klart anbefales.

It's not convenient that there is no closet and it’s not clean

Unfortunately, that room was occupied by a long-term guest during your stay. However, if having a closet is a priority for you, we can always arrange one for your convenience upon request. Guest comfort is always our top priority.As for the room cleanliness, we are sorry to hear that it did not meet your expectations. If you had shared your concerns with us during your stay, we would have gladly cleaned the room again or even arranged a new one for you. It is unfortunate that we were not informed, as we would have addressed the issue immediately.We also want to express our gratitude for rating us highly for our location and service. スタッフは優しく親切に話してくれる。王宮や市内の見所スポットまでは少し遠いが、歩ける距離ではあると思う。トイレやバスはそこそこの清潔度で、ベッドは綺麗だった。

It was close to Olympic stadium and could easy hire a tuk tuk or grab car to any destination of choice  Lobby staff were very friendly and they are accomodating  Many thanks for a smooth journey in Phom penn
