At that moment, the room you booked was still occupied by the previous guest and had not yet been cleaned for the next check-in. Our staff informed you that the room was not yet ready, not that there were no rooms available.It seems there was a misunderstanding. The intention was to explain that early check-in could not be arranged because the previous guest had not checked out. You were not refused a room, but simply advised to return at the appropriate time once housekeeping had finished preparing it. If only the room had been available at that time, we would have gladly given it to you right away without any early check-in charge. That is one of the reasons many of our guests enjoy staying with us. For transparency, we also have CCTV records of the time if you wish to review the interaction further.
