環境：挨着馬路，晚上有點吵

部屋がかび臭い。午前中のスタッフの対応は大変良いです。 プノンペン繁華街なので喧騒が苦手な方はオススメしません。朝迄騒がしいです。私は全然大丈夫です。 立派は良い所です。

Good Location and Love to stay.

Excellent location, close to Riverbank, Palace and shopping malls. Good customer service and house keeping staff. Great to have brewed coffee at the reception.

我們是退休了老倆口，第一次出國自由行，這家酒店很整潔，前台工作人員都是小夥子，服務態度很好，他們英語都比較好，可以通過翻譯軟件英語交流，樓下有免費的熱水和咖啡，值得推薦，我們續住了兩天。

Hôtel très sympa situé à un endroit idéal pour observer les débris humains notamment nos chers amis français et américains dont les monologues égocentriques vous feront encore plus apprécier la gentillesse de nos amis khmers....

It’s very good location but rooms sticks from the sewer a lot! The bathroom smell very bad. My room did not have a good WiFi connection. I tasked the front desk for the WiFi issue and if they can provide a smaller pillow but I did not have any action. Never again

Близко расположен к дворцу и музею. Отель без лифта, а лестница узкая с высокими ступенями.

Las instalaciones normales, tienen balcones comunitarios. No hay ascensor y la acústica es mala, se escucha el ruido de fuera. La zona está bien, se puede ir caminando a los lugares principales de interés, además hay mucho comercio y restaurantes alrededor. Destacar la ineficiencia del servicio de limpieza. Si bien la habitación estaba limpia al llegar, no pasaron a limpiarla en las 2 noches que estuvimos aún estando el cartel de limpiar ubicado en la puerta. Al llegar de nuevo en la noche y darnos cuenta de que no habían limpiado como se solicitó, se pidió por favor al recepcionista unas toallas y shampoo nuevo. Anotó el número de habitación y nos dijo que en breve pasarían y nunca pasaron. Muy descontenta con el servicio.

Nice hotel in a great location. The staff was friendly. The stairs were a bit steep and you can hear the sound from the street in the room, but other than that everything was good.

工作人員很親切，環境還不錯，但是需要爬樓梯，這個是很大的扣分點，尤其是一些大年紀的住客需要注意，冷氣的聲音很吵

The staff greeted me with a big smile and carried my bags up the steep stairs. The room was bright, clean and had a shared balcony to watch over the busy streets. Good location and lots of tuktuks to get around. Would be happy to stay here again.

Very basic facilities & an old run down building with few rooms in a favorable location. Power outages on a regular basis & little customer service. Not as good.
