房間温馨舒適，一幢古老的建築，服務周到，早餐不錯，尤其是奶酪好吃，周邊配套設施齊全，拐角處有一個大超市買東西方便，步行去市政廳都方便，坐地鐵去賓大也方便，周邊都是古老建築，家家户户窗前門前都有美麗的綠植花卉

Our experience at The Franklin on Rittenhouse was absolutely amazing.
We were greeted by John and another sweet woman at the front desk, and they were so kind and helpful.
We stayed in “The Monarch” room on the first floor. It is a very comfortable and romantic room. It was also extremely clean and updated! I loved the rainfall style shower as well.
While booking the room, I mentioned that we were celebrating my girlfriend’s birthday, and the hotel we so kind to write her a card and left chocolates on the bed.
It was such a thoughtful gesture.
I cannot speak highly enough of our experience here. I highly recommend booking your stay here if you are looking for an amazing boutique hotel experience.

Incredible staff. Rooms were beautiful and well kept. The hotel bar is one of the best. Looking forward to returning next time in Philly

Booked this because of the many good reviews and high ranking. Don’t believe any of it. Our room a deluxe king was beyond disappointing. The carpet was stained, the walls were scuffed and scratched and needed to be painted. We could not open the closet door, which is where the full length mirror is, because the night table was blocking it. The bathroom ceiling is peeling and the finish on the edge of the bathtub is scraped and scratched. You cannot control the air conditioning. The one bathrobe that they supplied was threadbare with a hole in it. The positive the room and bathroom were clean and the bed comfortable. The location good. Unless you specifically ask for it there are no housekeeping services. We needed to request our room be cleaned and our bed made for our entire stay. After a full, day of sightseeing we returned to our room at 3:45 and our room still had not been serviced. We needed to go to the lobby and ask that it be taken care of. The staff came quickly and took care of it.

We spent two nights at The Franklin. The staff was extremely friendly and so helpful! The rooms were comfy, clean and charming. This will be our go-to when visiting Philadelphia.

Clean, spacious, parking lot right across the street. Quiet 3rd floor suite. Plentiful breakfast items including smoked salmon (Yum!) and delicious coffee. Staff-- helpful, friendly. :) We plan to stay again in October when we attend a concert.

After staying in multiple bland hotels in Philadelphia, we found this lovely historical hotel which gave us a newly renovated room ( and kitchen area) which took our breath away. We felt as if we had entered in a Matisse painting, and with its olive green accents everywhere and its beautiful wood floor, it is just very elegant. At last a hotel with very good taste and audacity in its decor! The staff was very nice also. They let me have breakfast although I had arrived just when they were closing. And the dining-room was nicely decorated as well with original and interesting paintings. We loved our stay in this hotel, and we recommend it very highly.
