When my family checked in the first night before the Labor Day weekend, one mug and two glasses already had clear lipstick stains on them. The next morning the breakfast was almost gone with no plate around 8:45am and was not refilled until 9am. The next round of plates is mixed with different disposable ones. The second night the shower head fell down and almost hit my head during the shower. I texted the hotel right away then received one response which said they will let the management know but hadn’t heard back again. The second morning breakfast came with multiple dirty plates with food stains on them..uh. When I mentioned to the front desk upon checkout, they apologized by saying they don’t check the hotel text communications then waived my stay. A few days later someone from the hotel called me by asking why someone left my name and phone number on her desk without details. I wasn’t sure why but explained what happened during my hotel stay. She said it wasn’t the first time and kept asking why my name was left on her desk. I had been as a gold member of Hilton for long time. I have to say this specific Homewood Suits has a serious management issue on cleanliness, communication and facility maintenance which result in a highly hazardous environment for customers to stay in.
