My partner and I needed to book a last minute accommodation with wifi and air conditioning last minute and Montania Lifestyle Hotel met all of our needs and more. They had a beautiful pool/garden area, a delicious breakfast spread with homemade Thai pastries, and a great menu. We had our favorite cashew chicken and yellow curry here. The location is close to the main bus stop and great walking distance to downtown. The staff is chill yet attentive, we booked an awesome sustainable elephant experience here.

We booked a three night stay at this resort and absolutely loved it. It's a small resort with only a few staff that run it but they do a fantastic job. We felt like royalty staying here! We stayed in one of the chalets and it was simply adorable. Small but just roomy enough for the three nights and really just a place to put your head down as you'll be out exploring each day for sure.... There was a complimentary mini bar with soft drinks and snacks in the room. A cute afternoon tea brought to your room every day about 3pm. The pool is lush. The view spectacular and bonus there was aircon in the room too. A very good quality one too, so much so we ended up easing it back a bit at night. You can have breakfast, lunch and dinner at the resort if you want or you can take a short walk into the village. Lots of restaurants and bars to choose from. As mentioned before, the staff here were great and so friendly and hospitable. We will definitely book to come back here again. Highly recommend it to others.

We had a wonderful stay here in this charming location. The staff were excellent. Very reasonable prices for everything. It’s a quick walk to other restaurants and supplies. We stayed in the Bu-ng Sari bungalow. Good air conditioning and a comfortable bed. We extended our stay because we liked it so much. It was extremely hot during our stay… even the locals said so! But, we bathed and fed an elephant, kayaked with a guide down a river and took a long boat tour in Khao Sok National Park. This is a serene and beautiful spot❤️Thanks to Mae and her wonderful staff for a great experience.

À fuir Hôtel réservé en avance pour nos vacances en Thaïlande. Nous recevons un mail moins de 48heures à l’avance pour nous informer que finalement ils n’ont pas de place pour nous accueillir et qu’ils annulent notre réservation. Comment est il possible de la part de l’établissement de réaliser que 48h à l’avance qu’il y a trop de réservation à cette date ? Conclusion : si vous ne voulez pas risquer de vous retrouver sans hôtel à votre arrivée, ne reservez pas cet établissement.

Hôtel bien situé à kha sok. Piscine très chaude lors de notre venue. Petit déjeuner bien avec café cafetière filtre. Proposition d'activités au départ de l'hôtel. Cours de cuisine et journée au lac (à 90min de route). Très bien. Proche de nombreux restaurants

Wir haben das Montiana aufgrund der Bilder und Bewertungen gebucht. Der Buchungs-Schriftwechsel per Mail war wirklich sehr freundlich und auf unsere Wünsche wurde eingegangen (Ausflugsbuchungen & Unterkunft als Familie mit 2 Schlafzimmer). Die Abholung - durch Montiana - von Khao Lak zum Hotel verlief problemlos. Aufgrund der Bilder auf der Homepage und der Bewertungen waren unsere Erwartungen recht hoch. Leider wurden diese nicht erreicht. Der wundervolle Blick wurde leider durch die Baustelle (immer noch die der Bergwertungen aus den Vorjahren???) getrübt (wurde nirgends mit einem Wort erwähnt). Am Pool verweilt auch leider immer die „runtergekommene“ Poolbar oder was auch immer es darstellen soll. Könnte man simpel nett gestalten. Der Familybungalow ist definitiv nicht im 3 Sterne-Bereich - max 2 Sterne: Alle Vorhänge haben Löcher und sind „abgeranzt“. Die Betten sind leider sehr hart und unbequem-die frische Bettwäsche war leider. Hier bedarf es dringend einer Generalrenovierung. Das Personal ist wirklich sehr, sehr freundlich!!! Zu jedem gebuchten Ausflug wurden Wasser und Handtücher mitgegeben. Das Frühstück war absolut ok und das Abendessen auch. Leider wurde meine Mail vom 4.4.2024 an das Hotel aufgrund eines vermissten Gegenstandes nicht beantwortet - gibt leider einen Minuspunkt, gerade weil die Kommunikation im Vorfeld reibungslos verlief. Hatte höhere Erwartungen-schade für den Preis.

This is a great location to rest and relax while planning to go into the national park. Rustic rooms, comfy beds, and easy access to dining and the pool. It's within walking distance of other restaurants, ships, and a pharmacy, too. The staff was very easy and a pleasure to work with.

Hospitality here was fantastic at all times. This really made our stay. Trips were arranged at our request with good local knowledge and advice. Taxis and drivers arranged for us and help planning our onward travel. Breakfast was the best we had all holliday (month). Accommodation was Lovelly and very clean - they even supplied mosquito plug ins. The swimming pool was beautiful, with mountain and nature views and very clean warm water. Coffee (fresh) was available in reception as well as in your room (kettle). If you are visiting Khao Sok - stay here - it could not have been better.
