Very dissapointed. I ordered by mistake a day before and they didn't want to change the date eventhough it was available.

A beautiful resort So much nature The room is so special, it's feels like camping with a glam The hotel arranged a trip to the national park so it was convenient Very nice people

This property has fake reviews: they give a 10% discount when you give them a 5 star review on TripAdvisor. Staff wants to see the review on your phone, in your profile, take a picture with their phone of your review (must be 5 stars) and then apply 10% discount. See picture. I strongly recommend people who expect boutique level service, and service for the price you pay, to go somewhere else. Avoid this place. But lets also mention the positive: They have showers attached to their tents and the landscaping of the property is amazing. The gardener did a great job. Thats why I still give them 2 stars and not 1. The kitchen is pure terror. It is extremely bad with no service. It has space between the roof and walls and all the local rats know this. The rats are waiting on top of the walls and every minute the cook leaves to another room the rats have their diner. When the cook enters the kitchen again the rats hide again waiting for the next opportunity. I have a movie of this, couldn’t upload it because TripAdvisor only accepts pictures. I added a picture. The staff is even worse in English than the average Thai. There was in our 3 day stay only ONE staffmember speaking a little English and understanding what hospitality is. She was running the whole place on her own, big thumbs up to this one lady. All other staff members where working against her and customers, especially the kitchen. Avoid this place with terrible kitchen, terrible service (except this one single staff member who was really trying), fake reviews but great landscaping.

This place is heaven on earth. It was my first experience with glamping, and it completely changed my perspective on this type of vacation. If you are tired of the noise of the city and want to spend time in a beautiful and peaceful environment, this is the place for you.

3 nights stay with Khao Sok tour included - everything worked perfectly - Peacefull and great stay - staff are very helpful - great location - clean area - good food - rooms/tents are well made and you sleep amazing listing to the jungle - my biggest recommendations -

Terrible place! Terrible rooms, terrible toilets, terrible food If you take a tour from Phuket to Khao Sok, get ready to get into Spartan conditions I'm crying, I'm afraid to sleep here! I don't know who writes good reviews about this place Ужасное место,полная антисанитария,вся живность вокруг пищит визжит,если любите такое-Велком,я ехала и не представляла,в каких условиях буду жить,поэтому просто рыдаю! Готовьтесь жить как в палатке

Nice views! Most of the staff is even worse in English than average Thai. They give a 10% discount when giving them a 5 star review. There are rats in the kitchen. Kitchen is closed during lunch. Wine is good. Landscaping is awesome. Do recommend this for backpackers do strongly not recommend this for people who expect “boutiq” level service.

The stay was very good, we loved the view! The staff was very helpful and friendly! We booked this accommodation to view the cheow lan lake (Khao sok national park) and elephant sanctuary. It was really calm and a wonderful experience!!!!!!
