Хороший, относительно новый отель в Петроваце. Завтраки отличные. Внизу есть супермаркет. Отличные вилы на море и островки.

Excellent! The room has a great view, the lady at the front desk is especially gentle, the breakfast is very rich, and I will come back to stay again!

The hotel was very pristine, clean and had excellent service. The breakfast was copious and had a variety of choices. The room was also very spacious with a superb view of the mountains. The staff were very helpful in assisting us with adding on an extra person to our hotel room booking, especially as this was last minute - a day before the stay. We really appreciated this. Both pools and the spa were also amazing experiences. Everything in the hotel matched up to the 5 star standards. Highly recommend.

Our family stayed at this hotel last week for a wedding that was held in the mountains. Hotel was definitely 5*. Rooms immaculate and very comfortable. Breakfast great and the staff went out of their way to help us with taxis for 3 solid days up and down mountain. They supplied umbrellas and made taxi go to basement to pick us up so we wouldn’t get wet. Nothing was too much trouble. Beautiful views from the rooms. Stunning little resort. Would definitely recommend

Eines der besten Hotels in Budva. Waren in diversen 5Sterne Hotels aber Ami ist Favorit. Service ist absolute spitze. Kann es nur empfehlen. Manager und Staff auf höchstem Level. 👍👍👍

Ci sono stato con mio padre in vacanza dal 3 settembre al 13. Sono italiano e abito a Verona. Ho prenotato solo la colazione inclusa. La colazione a buffet molto varia però dopo 2 o 3 mattine ho capito che le pietanze offerte erano sempre le stesse e sarebbero rimaste uguali fino all'ultimo giorno. Cibo offerto internazionale ma comunque di qualità, ogni tanto ho visto lo chef uscire per controllare che alcuni cibi venissero offerti alla giusta temperatura, c'erano delle specie di contenitori in vetro per mantenere il cibo al caldo. Ho prenotato con 6 mesi di anticipo una camera con terrazzo vista mare, panorama stupendo con le due isolette che si trovano proprio di fronte Petrovac. Camera con moquette ma comunque pulita, non ho notato macchie particolari. Bagno cieco, il problema è che non funzionava la ventola per togliere l'umidità dopo che si è fatta la doccia o gli odori, abbiamo tenuto la porta del bagno quasi sempre aperta. Piscina esterna ed interna molto belle, però pochi sdrai per il poco spazio al di fuori di esse. La spa molto bella: stanza del sale, bagno turco, finlandese e una doccia con effetti speciali. Ho prenotato 2 massaggi: Aromatic e classic. Aromatic il 10 settembre il giorno del mio compleanno, la ragazza che mi ha fatto il massaggio si è impegnata molto, è stata brava però ha utilizzato una crema per massaggiarmi che profumava di arancia dolce, il profumo è stato piacevole ma essendo un aromatic massage mi aspettavo che avrei sentito più profumi durante la seduta. Classic massage per riattivare la circolazione sempre ben eseguito, la ragazza che me lo ha fatto sempre la stessa ed ha utilizzato la stessa crema al profumo di arancia dolce. Non ho notato una grande differenza tra l'aromatic e il classic per quanto riguarda la modalità di esecuzione e le parti del corpo trattate, però i messaggi erano scontati del 20%, quindi posso dare un giudizio di 8 su 10 di incoraggiamento.

Excellent reception staff very happy with hotel

La climatisation ne fonctionne pas alors qu'il fait actuellement 33 degrés à l'extérieur. Alors si vous aimez dormir avec un minimum de 26 degrés dans votre chambre ce n'est pas mon cas. Si vous demandez à la réception ( là où la température avoisine les 20 degrés) Ils vous racontent et vous prennent pour des imbeciles (pour rester poli).

The Good: The hotel is well-located and relatively new, with clean facilities and a friendly staff. Our room was spacious, featuring a sea view and a large balcony, which added to our overall enjoyment. The spa was particularly impressive; the staff were excellent, and the treatments and facilities were of a high standard. The Not So Good: However, the hotel does not meet the standards of a 5-star establishment. The food, while acceptable, lacked the quality one would expect at this level. For example, at breakfast, the juice was dispensed from a machine and tasted more like cordial than fresh juice. Additionally, pancakes were prepared in advance and left to go cold. It's basically a buffet. Housekeeping services were limited; our room had only one bottle of water replaced during the entire week, and although towels were changed and the bed made, there was no thorough cleaning or tidying of hard surfaces. The music outside the hotel was another downside. Starting as early as 7:30 am and playing the same songs repetitively throughout the day was disruptive, and having live music continue until 11 pm from the pool area, right outside our room, was far from ideal. The sauna and steam rooms are only available from 4 pm until 8 pm – I assume to save on energy. The Bad: The pool is inadequately sized for the number of guests the hotel accommodates, resulting in guests 'reserving' with towels loungers early in the morning without any intervention from the hotel staff. The so-called "private beach" was a significant letdown. It is essentially a small section of a public beach that wasn't particularly clean, and the space was so cramped that you had to sit within a foot of other people. This was not the serene, exclusive experience we had anticipated. Additionally, the half-board option only covered the evening meal, which was rather inconvenient. Lunch at the hotel was a la carte and very expensive, with charges like 18 euros for 400 grams of ravioli and 5 euros for a bottle of water, which felt excessive. Overall, while the hotel has some positive aspects, there are several areas where improvements are needed to meet the expectations of a 5-star rating. The pictures by the management in reality are a little ambiguous and the use of a wide angle lense used to make things look much bigger.
