Second time here and just as the first time super friendly and helpful staff, such a convenient location for petra exploration

酒店不錯，房間很大，前台服務很好，酒店人員都很NICE，還有水果送☺，建議去佩特拉古城的可以從修道院出發，可以走完全程也不累。

前台非常好，就在景點門口，非常近！ 可能因為戰爭原因，人非常的少，但是約旦感覺還是挺安全的，大家也非常友好，比歐洲體驗要好很多，推薦！

Recently concluded our stay at the Petra moon hotel. The location of the property can't get any better. Hotel also looks very new, like it's been recently renovated. Our room had a amazing view. Breakfast was amazing, even the staff were very helpful. Would highly recommend this property in petra.

This hotel looked good but once inside was anything but good. Service was courteous without being outstanding. The rooms were tidy but get do with a spruce. The food was plentiful without being high quality. The food is brought in from a sister hotel and is unimpressive.

staying at this hotel completely unsafe in all the meaning, even when the hotel is clean and good but safety is the most important during our tour to Jordan in Sep we had a driver try to take advantage of us, (Me & my friend was travelling alone to Jordan 2 lady's), and when we tried to escape from him as he don't know us, he send another driver to do the tour for us, so he don't know how we look like or anything except my friend first and last name, the hotel provide him with all our information, full names, passport copy, a video of us when we was check in to hotel and check out, the car took us from the hotel, all of that and more, so this hotel threat our safety by doing this and could do the same for any other clients will stay at there hotel sometimes staying at bad hotel but have a god safety is much safe than staying at hotel like this this review for all people thinking to book at this hotel, think in your safety before do the booking

this is the worst hotel you can stay after a long day of problems we had we expect to arrive to petra and found our rooms ready because we arrived around 8 evening the front office guy was so rude and make us wait for over 20 min because he didn't found the booking we made online we asked to get 2 rooms next to each other one king and one twin he said they don't have so we said ok whatever you have even when we send this request when we booked when we get to the rooms the rooms was smell bad and there was no towels so we get down and asked to change it there he told us that he can't and if we want towels we need to wait till the c shift or till tomorrow so we ended book another hotel couple of meters away 3* but the service was 5* petra moon hotel for us not more thana motel don't worth 1*

wonderful location with an amazing view of Petra and mountains that can be seen while sitting on the terrace. Rooms are very clean and of high standards. Food was delicious and the staff so polite and helpful. this place is highly recommended

We stayed here for three nights while exploring Petra and surrounds. We got an inclusive package with dinner, breakfast and room. The price was great! The hotel is clean and super conveniently located across from the Petra visitors centre. The barbecue on the roof is a definite highlight. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The pool is refreshing but the jacuzzi wasn’t so bubbly or warm. I would have preferred some more pillows in the room.. but I think I’m just being fussy. The views over the valley are lovely! Overall, this is great value for money and means you don’t have to drive around town. The front desk will set up tours and guides as required. My husband has a food allergy… and they tried their best to accommodate. Highly recommended!

Just finishing up a 2 night stay at Petra Moon Hotel (not to be confused with Petra Moon Luxury hotel)….. and I have to say it’s been absolutely fantastic! We chose it because it’s the second closest hotel to the Petra visitor centre and because it had a pool. What we were not expecting was (1) the size of the room. Family room is vast! King bed with 3 singles. (2) complimentary water, sodas, chocolate and chips in the mini bar (3) the largest array of bathroom toiletries i have ever seen - and I am including the Ritz and Hilton in that ! We even had Dead Sea salts and a loofah! (4) the most wonderful view over this mars type landscape from the rooftop pool and jacuzzi (which worked - can’t believe the number of places we have stayed at which have bubble less jacuzzis !)…… everywhere is impeccably clean and breakfast has a good selection of western and traditional dishes - including an omlette and pancake chef. We had dinner on first night on the rooftop which was amazing traditional food. 20JOD each which included a starter of meze, choice of barbecued main dish (I had the kebabs) and desert. Honestly can’t recommend enough!

Un hôtel agréable à 2min du site de Petra. Tout se fait à pied. Le personnel est agréable , du service de sécurité à l’entrée jusqu’aux serveurs des repas. La piscine et sa restauration du soir au rooftop sont très appréciables. Je recommande cet hôtel. Seul bémol, un immeuble en construction sur un côté qui peut gâcher la vue; préférez des chambres côté site.
