基本上沒看見有什麼大問題，前台挺好的，剛開始我真的沒懂他的意思😂，後面用翻譯器和手指比劃解決了問題，按金我給的100🐎的現金，走的時候確認了一下房間沒問題，很快退還了我的現金。

很好，很方便也很清潔

訂的大床房，實際上是兩張小床並起來的，床中間還有深深的間距。房間一股黴味，廁所臭味上泛。床單污黑，蓋的毯子、枕頭常年不換，散發一股濃濃的臭味。這是我住過的酒店最不好的體驗👎

房間衞生可以，但床單被子發黃，沒有一次性牙膏，設施比較簡陋，還好是有窗的，整體體驗一般，衹能説湊合將就。。最困擾的還是那個自助入住功能，太麻煩了，衹能whatapp聯繫的通，但是一直機器人溝通，等了十幾分鍾才有人工出來回覆，入住就搞了大半天，麻煩的要命，還要交100馬幣按金，也不知道具體什麼時候能退款就是了，唉

This is the first time in my life that I have had to check out of a hotel just a few hours after checking in! The condition of the room was absolutely horrible. First of all, I noticed after checking in that there were no bath towels in the room. I had to contact customer service to have them sent up. Secondly, all four pillows on the bed had an extremely unpleasant odor - absolutely disgusting! I immediately went downstairs to buy Febreze fabric freshener to try to eliminate the smell, but it didn't work. I even sprayed my expensive perfume to cover it up, but whenever I got near the pillows, the horrible smell was still there! In addition, the damp and moldy spots around the room were disgusting. Even the headboard was moldy and hadn't been cleaned properly! I understand that this is a budget hotel, but the condition of this room was absolutely unacceptable. The management is extremely poor and the hygiene standards are appalling! Anyone considering staying at this hotel should think twice!
