Hotel Zamburger Sunway Mentari arvostelua

As we only stay for 1 night but i think hotel management shall improve on below aspects : 1) lift - our room is at 3rd floor and we have to bring our luggage there. Hotel shall mentioned about it. 2) services - we totally disappointed with receptionist. While doing service, she can video call with her friends. Which disrespect us as guest Even when we ask about parking, she can said “please go to 7E and ask there” 3) sound proof - it totally not sound proof. By 12am, we already want to sleep. There was guest from other room slammed their door a few times.
