Affordable hotel for solo traveler , everything good, have small mart , near restaurant

Good value for money, good location, good serivice, good facilities

Terrible elevator. We waited for 30 minutes and still couldn't get the elevator to go down during check out time. In the end, I had to use the staircase and walk down from the 36th floor to the ground floor.

Biggest problem was the lift. Every time it took half to an hour to get a lift. Check-out was an hour to get a lift. This is my 1st experience with this problem. Hope management will take action to improve and resolve this issue. Luckily the apartment was ok.

First of all, the location was great though its beside flyover but when you stay inside the room you wont feel any sound from the flyover. BUT you will listen the sound from the corridor if there is someone walking or talking at the corridor. Next is the room cleanliness. ITS VERY CLEAN COMPARE TO OTHERS. I have been looking for dust inside the drawer, cupboard or even the bed frame. its pretty clean and dustless. You are hygiene to stay at here. Overall are very nice and staff friendly and check-in checkout procedure are pretty easy and fast. Highly recommend for this place and will be book again when i visit KL

It was a bad experience for staying in this accommodation. First check-in, they gave the room with very bad smoking smell and refuse to change the room. After few mins negotiation, finally they agreed to change new room as I have small 2 babies with me. After changed to new room, the floor is super dirty and with dust, our foots are with dust and can see black dirt stick on our foot. Secondly, no floor mate and no table cloth provided, even they provide pantry. The worst part, the lift is always full with people, we took about 45 mins to get down to lobby just to check-out. We were carrying babies and with luggage, stand outside the lift. Guys, think twist before you book this hotel. Finally we are begging the the cleaner to help us as they have private lift control by the management, after 45 mins we can get down to lobby. I'm much regret and won't come back again.

New condo. Good stay for family two rooms with one toilet. Very clean

Hard to navigate to the hotel entrance or car park. The lifts are full of people most of the time, must go up to the top floor so that can reserve a space when going down to Ground floor. The shower head is small. Reception not attending to call. Non-carpet flooring. Amenities ok, just no water dispenser, only 2 bottles of drinking water. Swimming pool 7am-10pm, gym, yoga deck, sky view.

Kinda bad experience since day 1 trying to check in. We reached suite around 6pm something and tried to check in but told by receptionist to wait as room yet ready. He mentioned after 15 mins will call me but we waited at lobby for 20mins still yet call me. Went to the counter ask again and he asked for my IC and booking no# again after first round registeration 20mins ago. 2nd day night fire alarm rang and it cause all the customers stuck at every where as it effect all the lift functionality. Bedroom clearance consider is super bad. Sofa full of mites and both of my legs get bite. Redness, itchiness for few days. Bed also same. Will feel itchy after wake up. And trip.com mentioned last check out time is 11am but notice still a lot people check out late at night and cause me not able to check in room on time. Rush cleaning after last customer late check out as when I check in the room still cool and whole suite floor is wet!

Cheap and worth. However only have 1 toilet even though they have 2 rooms
