It’s so convenient

Location out of the way. Sufficient for a short stay. No complaint for the price

Bed is less solid. Can be better. Need improvement

Despite the fridge was not working, I have a wonderful stay at Ibis PJCC. The sound proof is not so good. The parking is RM3 per entry that needs to be validated at front counter before exit.

The hotel is very strategic. Not far from Kuala Limpur and Shah Alam. There are many restaurants near the hotel. We have been staying here a few times. Will definitely come back.

clean and convenient hotel

Decent stay at this hotel that seems to be focused more on catering for tour groups. Well received by Arif, a helpful and attentive staff at Lobby. Breakfast was included in room rates but about 1/3 of the food was awaiting replenishment by 8am. The limited tables for breakfast were also waiting to be cleared. In fairness, this was likely after a tour group recently left but the restaurant area was understaffed.

酒店位置適合出差，床鋪舒服，睡眠質量好。可惜周邊沒有中餐廳，吃飯不太方便，建議酒店能提供更多飲食選擇，會更理想。

想着是品牌連鎖所以選擇這家酒店 結果大失所望 房間不乾淨 牆上都有污漬 桌子更是臟得離譜 價格嚴重不匹配 不推薦

Good hotel at a great price. It is very new and clean. Will stay again in my next trip to KL.

The towel was wet and tied at the shower rail. The amenities were stained with toothpaste. However, the reception responded quickly with clean towels but did not collect the wet one. Also the  corridor was noisy with loud China travelers despite the front desk helping to inform them to lower their voice.

Good & recommend

Overall is good. Just the parking very narrow . Bed is super comfy and room is very clean. Water pressure is good!

Few points will like to suggest to improve. Hotel location is not too good, room facing highway. Noisy during the night by "Mat Rempit". Only Mamak nearby, however the review as bad due to hygienic issue. Request for laundry service, mentioned by front desk it may required for 3 days to done...Well this is so incredible after i stayed in so many hotels. Breakfast buffet each day quality is different, so far the last day before i check out i can feel the taste is better than previous day. And i am asking for fried egg during the breakfast and waiter mentioned it will be extra charges just for an egg. This make me really feels so bad. A lots improvement needed for this hotel.
