Hotel room style is classic Car park is easy for locate

It was all business trips staying here for more than 30 nights. I have been staying here since it is nearby to where I am supposed to be working. However the facilities looked dated and need a lot of improvement. Location wise, it is ideal. Since I am travelling for work, I was not paying a lot of attention to other things. But I avoided the bath tub since the first time I was there until now. Some of the rooms I booked had strong damp/musty smell. I rarely go down for breakfast or had lunch. I had a few breakfast previously, but I don't feel like if I missed it at all. I have been staying here since 2020, frequently for work. But there was ONCE, I mistakenly booked the date (a day earlier), but I had no assistance from the manager or the front desk staff at all. They staff tried but overruled by the manager, and the manager in duty said, it's their policy not to change the date even though I was having more than 30 nights stay over there. So I leave the judgement for the rest of the travellers what to expect with the customer's service. Each individual experience might be differ from one another depending to a lot of reasons. I don't expect much from their services or help from the staff, except to stay nearby to my clients.

Needed a cheap place to stay within a short walk ? this place ticked those boxes. Rooms are oddly decked out with old-fashioned fixtures and fittings despite being a relatively modern building. The rooms could definitely do with a makeover, but that said it was a comfortable night's sleep. Air conditioning doing well in my room and staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Chase away by the valet team for parking short while for check in purpose. Management need to inform to have some tolerance for guest.

It was a really nice hotel with nice pool and lovely lobby. Breakfast was quite subpar. *photo is only for coins purpose
