Our stay was truly amazing, made even more special by the excellent accommodation and outstanding service we received throughout our visit. From the very beginning, everything was handled seamlessly, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy the experience. A big part of what made our trip so smooth and stress-free was the incredible assistance from the manager, Ethen. She was very easy to talk to, approachable, and genuinely attentive to our needs. Even before we arrived, she had already taken care of all the important arrangements for us. From organizing our pick-up at the port to ensuring a comfortable transfer to the hotel, everything was perfectly coordinated. What impressed us even more was how she helped arrange all our tours. We didn’t have to worry about planning or logistics at all—every activity was thoughtfully scheduled, making our trip both convenient and enjoyable. Her effort and dedication really made a difference, and it felt like we were in very capable hands the entire time. Shoutout also to their staff Kate for ensuring our boat tickets. The accommodation itself was equally wonderful—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing us with the perfect place to rest after our daily activities. Everything about our stay felt organized, relaxing, and enjoyable. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The combination of great accommodation and Ethen’s-the manager exceptional service made our stay unforgettable. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle-free and well-organized getaway.

Spotless rooms, obviously recently modernised - smelled clean if that’s possible. Bed comfy sheets and towels clean. Complaints - no kettle in room but available in well equipped shared kitchen..but no one wants to go and get hot water for morning coffee. Next we were in room 301 right next to the kitchen and some selfish westerns decided to have a loud conversation in the kitchen at midnight. Other than that I’d go back because of its cleanliness but not to room 301.

Casalay Resort truly felt like a home away from home. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the amazing staff who made us feel like family. Everyone was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and genuinely caring — we especially loved catching up with them after our daily activities. It’s those small, personal touches that made our stay so special and unforgettable. The resort itself is a peaceful and beautiful escape — the villas are charming and surrounded by nature. Breakfast was always delicious and filling, the perfect way to start each day. We do have a few small suggestions that might make future stays even better: 1. Blackout curtains on the villa verandas for those who like to sleep in. 2. Clothing hooks in the shower or changing rooms would be super convenient. 3. It would be great to have an option for two queen beds in rooms, especially for friends traveling together. 4. And if all villas are fully booked, we think it would be such a lovely idea for the resort to organize a long dinner or a small evening activity for all guests to connect and enjoy the evening together under the stars. Overall, we had an amazing experience and are already looking forward to coming back. Thank you again to the entire Casalay team for making our stay so warm, relaxing, and memorable. Alkupääsy です. Sijainti on hyvä, noin kolme minuuttia jalan päässä rannasta. Kolmipyörä on pysäköity, joten muutin vain. Koska vastaanottoa ei ole, on ehkä vaikeaa hoitaa pysäköintimenettelyjä. Käskin läheisen veljen päästä huoneeseen. Huone on kalliita, mutta ei tuulilasia. Jos hinta ja matka rannalle ovat tärkeitä, se olisi oikein!

一整間店都很熱情，我住四樓把廁所氣密窗關起來、然後把廁所門關起來的話，基本上不太受後面酒吧街的音樂聲影響。 二樓食物很好吃，但要注意菲律賓的份量都是超大份😹
