Stayed two nights in twin room, wanted a double but none available at time of booking. Perfect location a few minutes drive from the highway and west entrance to Huashan where the managers dropped us off and picked us up on the day of our visit. Parking available in front of hotel. Rooms are simple but very clean & comfortable, we liked the water dispenser providing hot & room temperature water, good to see a Chinese hotel thinking about the environment. We stayed on the first floor which is very tastefully decorated (see photo). Shower was not always hot, but that's our only quibble with this hotel that provides excellent value for money. We ate twice in the restaurant, the food is also good value and there's cold beer in the fridge. We had a takeaway breakfast of eggs and youtiao. One warning to Huashan visitors - check the forecast! We were lucky but it started raining heavily the night after our visit and Huashan closes when the weather is bad. Highly recommend this hotel because of the location and very helpful staff. My wife is Chinese so communication not a problem, other foreigners with little or no Chinese would need to use a translate app.

We have had an amazing time at floral hotel! Our room has a perfect view of the mountains, the food cooked downstairs was absolutely incredible after our mountain exploring. It is only a few minutes drive from the tourist centre (where buses to both cable car lower stations go from) and 10minutes to the train station (huashanbei). We were given free lifts to all of these by our hosts which was incredibly kind and helpful, making a very easy stay! The hosts and family were so kind, it felt like staying at home!

I had an excellent stay! The host and his wife were incredibly helpful and friendly, even offering a convenient pick-up service from the high speed rail station, which made my arrival so much easier. The home was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The owner also sending us to Hua Shan tourists centre in the morning and pick up us from tourists center to HSR stations. For foreigners who unable purchase ticket to Hua Shan, also can contact owner through wechat and ask theirs help to purchase cable car, bus, ans hua shan entrance ticket. I highly recommend this homestay and would love to return in the future

Our stay at Hanshan Xiaozhu Homestay was absolutely perfect. The room was spotless with new furniture, new facilities, and a very comfortable atmosphere. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained. What truly made our experience unforgettable was the hospitality. The owner was incredibly kind—he offered us free rides to Huashan and even to the train station, which made our trip so convenient. We also enjoyed delicious food at the homestay, prepared with care and served with genuine warmth. The friendliness and generosity we experienced here were the highlight of our trip. We received the best hospitality, and we truly believe they deserve all the support. We will definitely come back again and highly recommend this homestay to everyone visiting the Huashan Scenic Area.

The Best Hotel Experience in China! I have traveled to many places, but this hotel was by far the best I’ve stayed at in China! From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with such warmth and kindness that I was truly, truly surprised. Their level of hospitality is exceptional—they go above and beyond to make sure every guest feels special. The rooms are immaculate, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The attention to detail is amazing, and everything is perfectly maintained. The service is simply outstanding, always attentive and professional, yet incredibly friendly. The hotel’s location is also ideal, making it easy to explore the city. Honestly, I can’t say enough good things about this place. It exceeded all my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to China. I will definitely be coming back!

Best location, excellent room, boss & wife very friendly & practical by giving free gloves, ample parking spaces, eateries around every corners, convenient store own by same boss & many others everywhere nearby. The hotel is a great choice for my 2day 1night trip to Huashan. Free shuttle service is available from Hushan North Railway Station to hotel (both way) as well as Huashan Visitor Centre (also both way). Reached hotel before 10.30am and was allowed to check in immediately. Also we bought Huashan entrance ticket, cable ticket and shuttle bus ticket from hotel front customer service staff, which is much cheaper than the normal quoted rates. The front customer service staff are helpful and friendly, also help my wife to complete her delivery food thru apps despite not having a local chinese phone no., and food was then sent to our room via robot. Breakfast was mainly chinese food, bread, fruits etc which are good in general.

I would come back again. Just that view on a mountain was awesome, birds chirping in the morning...at least until 7.30 when buses will start to drive. It actually looks better in reality. We came with a car, but it's easy to get there by public transportation too (delivery can enter as well). Twin rooms are more spacious than a tent with a bunk bed, that's what I saw. High ceilings, wood inside ( with a bit strong smell of acrylic paint that eventually disappeared, pretty comfortable beds for western standard, clean floors...a bathroom was the most outdated facility, a more cleaning in a shower area would be welcome. An AC worked normally, a water kettle, toiletries, everything was fine. Chinese breakfast, no coffee or bread, but you could choose other things for yourself. A swimming pool was not working. Great spots for barbecue, lots of shadow, little water streams, spots for kids to play outside. Kind and helpful personal, fast on answer, with basic English. Nature was amazing.

客棧離華山徒步登山口很近，位置很方便，附近也有很多吃的。客棧房間衞生整潔，睡得舒服。老闆很熱情，有什麼問題都很細心的幫我們解答。祝老闆生意興隆

The staff is lovely, the room is beautiful with a comfortable bed ! They offered the travel (with a small electrical moto and a car once we are outside the ancient city walls, so funny !) to the temple close to the ancient city station 🙏🏻
