Hotel is located in the heart of the city. Restaurants, cafes,and shops are available within 1min walking distance. Room is of a decent size, and bed is comfortable. Sound-proofing is average, as sounds on the corridor and streets can be heard when all windows and doors are closed. The staff is friendly, but slightly short-handed, so you might need to carry your own luggage to your room. As the reception is not round the clock, and the front door is locked after certain hours, you might need to collect deliveries in-person at the hostel's front door.

We travelled with our two dogs- the hotel was lovely, staff were very helpful and friendly. It was nice to have the little courtyard room for the dogs to have some private outside space. The area is nice, but not amazing for places to walk with the dogs as the forest park doesn’t allow them, but there are a couple of garden spaces that are nice. Without pets good for a chilled weekend outdoors.

It was far beyond our expectations, we were very impressed. The room was clean and beautifully decorated. The atmosphere throughout the accommodation was peaceful, private, and perfect for relaxation. I would like to especially praise the outstanding service from the hotel owner. He was incredibly friendly and gave us a warm welcome. Most importantly, he was very attentive and took great care of us. He provided detailed recommendations for nearby attractions, and even personally picked us up and dropped us off, something that went well beyond what we expected. Another highlight is the location. The hotel is close to many popular tourist spots such as OMG Heartbeat Paradise and 瑶琳, making it very convenient and saving us a lot of travel time. Overall, we feel very lucky to have chosen this place. 第一次帶娃到杭州來玩，每次都是在網上精挑細選的酒店，這家酒店是新開的～一早上6點不到就下了火車🚞，時間還早，吃了早餐就直接到了酒店。可是還沒人退房，沒辦法，我們衹能坐大廳稍微等一下～還好運氣不錯，8點多就有人退房，但是跟我訂的房間不一樣，但是前台小姐姐特地跟我們升級了房型。讓我們能早點入住休息會，好開始愉快的旅行！酒店環境高檔，地理位置也挺好，方便，房間乾淨整潔，床鋪舒適，休息了一會，睡得很舒服，就跟寶貝一起出去玩啦～第二天訂了一日跟團遊，所以很早就出門了，由於我訂了兩個不一樣的房型，還是想體驗一下不一樣的感受，就特地囑咐前台幫我留了一間好點樓層高的房間，第二天，又突然下雨，還找酒店借了一把大雨傘☔～晚上回到酒店，留給我的新房間也不錯，還有個大落地窗，不過房間差衣架，又是麻煩前台小姐姐幫我找衣架又是送拖鞋，真是費心啦～玩累了，晚上睡的超舒服的，床品不錯！前台服務態度很好，特別是小姐姐小李～住了兩天酒店，也是緣分，總是遇到她也麻煩她，🉑她一點也沒有不耐煩，態度值得點贊！[強]酒店的早餐品種豐富多樣，中式西式一應俱全，乾淨衞生，味道不錯！總之，杭州之旅的酒店選的挺滿意！住🉐狠舒心，值得推薦～[得意]

服務很好,flight delayed for 5 hours, arrival 2am still welcome us, and we had tv issues, they were to change better rooms for us. Comfy bed, good tile walls, great surrounding, best valued despite taking cab to east city side, Definitely will stay here again if visit againn recommend anyone visit hgh, botanical garden nearby worth visit.

前天小酒微醺，凌晨號召寶子們説走就走搞個露營。隨手刷到了剛剛開營的大象。在四面環水的島上，因為剛開營我們包了場。松林下能聽到風過林間一層疊着一層的音浪，從遠方來又自遠方去。清晨5點的時候整個島的鳥兒都起來唱歌，真的就像大的合唱團，自然交響。晚上篝火，喝小酒，跟營地的小哥哥、小妹妹的聊天，非常快活。營地的小哥哥，小姐姐非常熱情，也很細心，一直提示還有圍爐煮茶，還有圍爐煮茶啊😉😉😉強烈推薦部隊鍋套餐和烤肉，食材很新鮮，味道非常nice
