前台對於我們的要求都熱情滿足。
唯一有點小遺憾就是：酒店備有洗衣房，但明明調好時間洗衣乾衣的，也調好鬧鐘下去洗衣房拿衣服，結果到洗衣房看到的是程序被重新開始，打開看衣服沒幹透、時間也過去了。
去年也遇到同樣情況，衣服沒幹完就被取出來放一邊……。如果有提示客人留意洗衣機乾衣機的工作狀態，避免出現這樣子的情況，容易客人間有矛盾。"

"然烏鎮能找到這麼好的住宿非常驚喜，房間很不錯，也寬敞，門口就是牧場，如果夏天風景應該很不錯，屋裡有製氧機，熱水温度也很好。步行到318大概十幾分鍾，海拔較高。酒店定的早，顯示含早餐，後來知道酒店早餐取消了，老闆去商店給我們買了麪包牛奶，方便第二天去冰川。"

衞生，自駕遊不用擔心沒地方停車，這家酒店有專用停車場，到了酒店老闆和前台都非常熱情接待，老闆説酒店的床墊都是新換的，特別是像我們自駕遊開車累了，住上這麼一晚，果然很舒服，在八宿是一個性價比高的酒店了，很不錯是出行必選的酒店。
