The space: The flat is very large, about 100sqm! In the living area we find a large living room with extendable dining table for 6 people, a comfortable double sofa bed and a living area with Smart TV 55". Everything is air-conditioned by a Daikin split dedicated to the living area. Adjacent to the living area we have a comfortable separate kitchen, equipped with modern appliances and accessories, as well as a convenient storage room that is also separate. In the sleeping area instead we have a double bedroom, a small bedroom with single beds, a service bathroom with laundry and the main bathroom with a modern walk-in shower! More specifically: DOUBLE BEDROOM: Our double bedroom is the room that, more than any other, is equipped with every comfort, ready for you to enjoy a restful and peaceful holiday! Furnished in a modern and elegant style, it has a large double bed with a comfortable mattress and memory foam pillows, ideal for waking up rested and relaxed. For your comfort, we have equipped the room with a comfortable 4-door wardrobe with central mirrors, a chest of drawers and a dresser with mirror. LIVING AREA: The rooms of the living area are characterised by minimal style furniture and colours that give the room elegance and modernity, illuminated by 3 large windows overlooking the outside that allow a glimpse of the quiet green surrounding area.
