Just returned from the Seiners Arms with the family, excellent roasts and service to match, I also thanked them on the way out, well done guys I will share my experience with others and will be back when back in county 👏👏👏👏👏

We were not sure what to expect from a beach front pub but this were very pleasantly surprised. Room had a beautiful view overlooking the bay. The food both breakfast and evening meal was very good and the staff helpful and pleasant. Would be 5 stars but the car park was a bit tight.

When I booked, received lovely emails getting ready to welcome me for my stay and had read the reviews about Seiners warm welcome. I realise I seem to be in the minority here , however, after a long walk from Newquay I didn't receive a warm welcome, wasn't given any useful information about my stay and showed myself to my room ! That said, my room was clean and had everything I needed. The food I ordered for dinner was lovely and in a nice setting. I had my breakfast in the back room which isn't as pleasant ; however, the young woman taking food requests for breakfast was friendly.

Just back from Seiners, another huge warm welcome from Lisa, Dan & the team. Location is fantastic, cleanliness & service always excellent. Food is outstanding, we dined most evenings and was sure to include Sunday lunch, the absolute best in the area. Will continue to return at evey opportunity.

My wife and I visited the Seiners to come and see my son and his girlfriend. A fabulous pub and great rooms which also allows dogs. Great food and service what more do you want. Lisa and all the staff are wonderful and lovely people. See you soon.

called in today for coffee. 2 coffee £ 10.85. Won't be going back again . Must use expensive milk , biscuits that came with it expensive as well certainly not free. Never mind live and learn . Local to the area wont review again not worth the effort

Wow what a view ..we came here as we were booked to watch the fishermans friends nearby. I booked the last room going which had a private bathroom across the hall which was spotless. All staff were very friendly and very helpful the room was clean and tidy and the view amazing we slept with the curtains open. Breakfast was lovely so much choice and we were well looked after by the staff ..not a place we have been to before but would stay again ..our only 2 issues were a party they were holding down stairs meant music going until late I slept through it but my husband didn't. And when we got up our shower didn't work I did pop down to see if anybody was about but didn't see anyone so we both had a wash instead at breakfast I let them know and the issue was soon sorted

This has been the second time we have stayed here (first time when our son got married) the rooms have since been refurbed and were lovely! We also had a meal in the restaurant which was excellent, the location is perfect for the gigs held on Perranporth beach. The breakfast was really good with stunning views over the bay.

Fabulous B&B in a prime spot overlooking Perranporth beach. We stayed 3 nights and had a great experience. Comfy king size bed & large soft towels in the bathroom & excellent breakfast - hot and freshly cooked with plenty of choice. We ate in the restaurant on all 3 nights and every meal was superb. The service was brilliant - all the staff were so friendly, polite and efficient and couldn’t do enough for you - they really went the extra mile. Can thoroughly recommend and will definitely be back.
