This hotel does not even deserve 1 star. We booked and paid for it as it said it was a Best Western Hotel, a brand we know well and have used many times in the past. We were not advised at any point it had changed to a B&B hotel. As mentioned, it is currently a building site. It stank of wet paint, dust everywhere, workmen working on all floors, lights hanging off the walls and should not have been open let alone with customers paying for something they were not told about or expecting. I am so angry and dissapointed as it ruined a short visit to Perpignan. It was absolutely appalling.

Avis mitigé J'avais réservé une chambre quadruple avec un grand lit et deux lits simples. En arrivant, nous avons eu un canapé lit de piètre qualité. Heureusement, la dame blonde de la réception nous a changé de chambre et noys avons pu avoir ce que nous avions réservé. L'hôtel vieillissant est en transformation type BBHotel. Il y avait des mouches et des mites dans la chambre. Une odeur d'humidité dans les toilettes. La climatisation s'est arrêtée plusieurs fois dans la nuit, ce qui nous a réveiller à cause de la chaleur. Lits confortables. Salle de bain agréable. Petit déjeuner copieux.
