I recently stayed at a hotel that claimed to be a 4-star establishment in Peroj, but my experience left much to be desired. It seems that the services were intentionally kept at a minimum threshold, and my overall impression was far from that of a 4-star quality. Upon entering my room, I realized that the hotel's claim did not align with the reality I encountered. The room, located in the basement, had a pervasive humidity issue, making the air uncomfortable and damp. This, coupled with the fact that I left something behind in my room and the hotel staff claimed they couldn't find it, added to my dissatisfaction. The bathroom experience was particularly dreadful. The front and shower cabin doors were visibly damaged, leaving me questioning the establishment's overall maintenance and cleanliness standards. This stay was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had, and it's disheartening to think that a hotel would provide such subpar accommodations under the guise of being a 4-star facility. I feel compelled to share my experience to alert other potential guests. The lack of attention to detail, the condition of the room, and the seemingly intentional disregard for guest comfort paint a concerning picture of this hotel's commitment to quality service. I hope my feedback encourages the hotel management to reevaluate their standards and make the necessary improvements to live up to the expectations of a 4-star establishment.
