Everything was perfect. Breakfast was good. Room was spacious.

Good hotel and food

easy access and lot parking insidethe building very roomy room and good for family adult and kids pool available but got dirty towel

Spacious room with free parking. Toiletries, iron,iron board is provided .

Stayed here so many times.. Simple hotel yet satisfying.. good location, friendly staff, the mall is just down the lobby, great range of breakfast at the hotel.. simply the best!!

great location, good breakfast but this round the room cleanliness is under expectation. found hair in the towel n The bottled water in the hotel room had already been drunk. may request stay above 7th floor say no to 3rd floor

Strategic location. However for my room the flush could not be use…need to check on that. Overall is a  pleasant stay.

The best hotel for traveller as they provide guest with all the basic tools commonly needed, Hotel is clean and staff very friendly

Hotel can be managed better, for starting to have more front office staff rather then just to, understand productivity but it’s the front house for check in. Then the buffet it’s decent m, but repeating same station and almost the same nasi lemak?! Only the noodles are changing?! Like there no other breakfast it? Same bread station, same noodles, ya cost effective and higher margins but come on! Then comes the room, spacious all great for the price is very reasonable just feel can do better in this areas so for the price the extra miles will definitely worth a sustainable business. Also please ensure your internet speed ya no consistency.

Room is not clean, cockroach has been lying on the floor for days, and housekeeping didn’t bother to remove, probably never even vacuum the floor. Though room is big and spacious.

Room chair condition not so good

Bilik besar. Selesa dan bersih. Cuma tandas kurang selesa sbb tak ada paip utk basuh bhgn bawah. Makanan sarapan puas hati.
