Peoria Heights Petite Charmer- A Block From it All!!

Location, location, location!! We have created a home away from home for our family and friends and now extend it to you! Our petite one bedroom one full bath 700 sqft cottage (just a few doors down from our “Haven in the Heights”) is all about location and convenience in Peoria Heights! Walking distance to everything, our cottage is perfect for two families traveling together that want to be close by each other, but have their own individual house, or anyone that wants to stay in a great location in a smaller cottage in the Heights. It features a full size bed with designer bedding, full bath, and full kitchen. In addition to this, there is a comfortable couch in the living room along with a cozy fireplace to curl up in front of. Our kitchen has everything you would need for a short or extended stay including a stove, refrigerator, and microwave. We also have a Keurig coffee machine with the assorted accoutrements needed for a fresh brewed cup of coffee or tea. In addition to all of this, you would have a convenient parking spot in the private driveway, and there is also plenty of additional free street parking. You can also rest assure that we are taking extra care to disinfect our space to the highest degree. History of Our Street: Duryea Avenue is named after Charles Duryea who engineered the first American gasoline powered automobile. The Duryea bothers won America’s first car race with their car in 1895.
