This was a great choice for a short stay in Peoria. Much better than a hotel room for the same price. It was a good fit for three adults. The kitchen and bathroom had more than just the essentials.

We stayed for a local disc golf tournament and this place was awesome! Everything was as advertised and the location was nice. The AC worked great even when it was super hot outside. We would totally stay again!

Rick is easy to work with and we were able to check in early. Location worked for us and the home was roomy enough for the four of us. Also the water in the fridge was great as were the soaps and shampoos in the bath/shower. The only 2 negatives were 1. There was no table in the smaller bedroom where you could put phone, book, whatever. 2. Some walls and doors were dirty and it kind of took away from enjoyment. Other than that, no complaints.

Comfortable beds, great location The house was exactly what we needed as we visited Peoria this weekend for family events. Every event location we needed to be at was less than 15 minutes from the house. Comfortable beds, living room, and sitting area in the kitchen gave us privacy when needed.

Felt like Home I was visiting my daughter for the weekend and also had family I was visiting. The property manager was very prompt in responding and making sure we were well taken care of! The home was clean, smelled amazing when we walked in!

Small oasis This little cozy 2 bedroom 1 bath house was warm and had everything we needed. The refrigerator had water, condiments if needed. I slept just as good as if I was sleeping in my own bed. Great place to stay.
