"The experience was great! This was our first time here and we had a great stay in our 4 days 3 nights trip. Service was great. Breakfast was refilled fast! Room was clean. We went out in the morning and the house keeping service was great that made the room clean when we came back. Though the pool was small, it's still good for kids to have some fun! We would definitely come back for next vacation!"

"We stayed at Sandman Hotel Penticton and overall enjoyed our time, but I wanted to share one concern for management to consider. The washroom doors in the rooms do not have locks, which can be inconvenient for families with children or groups sharing a room, as it makes privacy difficult when someone is using the shower or washroom. Since hotel staff also have access to the rooms for housekeeping, this could create situations where the washroom door is opened unintentionally. Most hotels provide locks as a standard feature, and I believe adding them here would greatly improve comfort and privacy for guests."

"The hotel is old, but it is still the best hotel in this town. The location is very good, the room has a first-line lake view, the restaurant downstairs is very good, the food is very good. It is very close to the Internet celebrity check-in big peach, just a few minutes walk away."

"Me todella nautimme oleskelumme Balcomo, lähellä läheisiä kauppoja (ruokakaupat, Starbucks, Tim Hortons) 5 minuutin ajomatkan mennä Okanagan järveen. Huone on puhdas ja pyysin lisätyökalut, joten en tarvitse häiritä heitä, onnellinen he antoivat meille lisätyökaluja etukäteen. Pöytätuoli on hieman vahinkoa jatkuu pilaa housut, kun istun siellä. Olisi voinut käyttää heidän TV olisi hienoa, jos on netflix tai disney. Nautimme lämmin uima-allas. Olen jopa todistanut aurora borealis meidän 2. yö."
