Pensacola beach has more to offer than you can imagine for your vacation with everything from the best food, activities for the kids, and the most gorgeous beaches in the country. This is a Gorgeous modern decorated townhome with four bedrooms and three baths. You and your family will enjoy everything about this home with steps to the beach!! There’s a lagoon filled with ducks, fish, and turtles to feed! There is a large infinity pool with a waterfall at the front of the home and another pool in the back of the home. A Huge garage you can park several cars in and small gym for anyone who likes to work out. Plenty of yoga mats for all of you Yogi’s wanting the experience on the beach. You won’t need to bring anything for the beach because the garage is filled with all beach stuff. Gorgeously decorated balcony with a greenery backdrop for all of your pictures. Make memories that will last. There is a trolley when in season that you may access on the road in front of the home which will take you anywhere you want to go on the beach. You can also get a golf cart ride with several services on the beach and they take tips only.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs and cats less than 20 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).Pets under 30 pounds.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 25.About events:No events allowed.
