和朋友出來旅遊的，訂這家酒店出乎意料的好，不管是前台小姐姐，還是客房服務員都非常熱情，房間打掃的很乾凈，房間佈置也很暖心精緻，房間還能看到江景，視野開闊，晚上的夜景🌃很不錯👍

住在酒店特別方便，出門逛街、打卡景點都很便捷，周邊吃飯的地方也多，房間設施設備全是智能化，懶人福音，前台辦理入住速度快，還會幫忙搬行李，主動介紹周邊好玩的地方，保潔阿姨每天都會細心整理房間，需要額外物品時也能很快送到，服務特別貼心。        酒店早餐品類堪稱豐盛，食材新鮮度肉眼可見，最驚喜的是本地特色檔，能吃到地道的米粉和小麪。

這家維也納酒店就在彭水城內的烏江邊，高層客房可以觀江景，但是落地大窗，恐高的請慎選。酒店的停車場是塔樓式的，車可以停到你住的樓層旁，車位充裕，但車道坡度大狹窄彎多，好在酒店提供老師傅代駕可以放心。前台服務態度熱情友善，客房整潔衞生，但有點煙味。床具淋浴舒適。早餐團隊很多，但菜品質量能跟上。

避坑！房間很小，酒店舊，定了三點房 ，江景房很吵，根本沒辦法睡覺，標準房很小，廁所還沒有隔間沖個涼都沒有站腳的地方！枕頭不舒服，體驗感特別差，這次出來重慶旅遊五天最差的一間酒店
